I walked in and politely asked if anyone spoke English, just to make sure I could communicate my order clearly because I knew in Montreal a lot of people only speak French. Instead of a simple answer, the man who was cooking food on the side responded with unnecessary rudeness. I didn’t feel welcomed at all. It’s one thing to say no or redirect politely — but the attitude was completely uncalled for. Customer service should be about respect, regardless of language barriers. I can’t review the food because after my experience I walked out and no longer wanted to eat there.

It's been a long time since we've had a solid Greek style pizza. A lot of the go to places have cut back on the ingredients so our experience at Cartier pizza was a breath of fresh air.
My friend ordered the sub and when he broke off a piece of it, there was actually a cheese pull.
I know restaurants are struggling but I know for my friends and me, we'll pay more for the quality. Price is more than fair and Papa (the owner) was on the ball with us. This will be my go to place for pizza from now on even though we don't live in Laval.

The food was great, I had the all dressed sub, which came with a good amount of filling and a sauce. However, it took longer than expected to receive my order and it was a bit more expensive than other places I've been to before.

When I went in, I felt welcome which is rare nowadays in most restaurants. The pizza got us full in only 2 slices. Prices are higher than other pizzerias but I can see why

After 3 tries, really very disappointed!
First time, a pizza. Didn't like it, the sauce is very spicy and I'm pretty classic when it comes to pizza sauce. I don't like a Texan or Southwestern American almost Mexican style sauce. I like the taste, I like tasting and not having to swallow quickly and drink a ton of liquid to wash it all down.
A second time, unable to order a simple chicken skewer. They just have Chicken Souvlaki sticks. It’s cheaper, not the same good taste but less expensive. Not interested!
A third time like never two without three, a good old club sandwich. Again, not normal, even rather strange. I don't know what caused this but the club sandwich had a weird aftertaste that wasn't pleasant and the bacon was undercooked, it was like rubber. Not forgetting the fries. They had the taste and texture of frozen fries (not fresh fried) and reheated ones. Not able to finish eating. And where is the traditional coleslaw served for decades with the club sandwich and no mayonnaise!? I have already eaten club sandwiches better than this in mobile canteens.
It's over for me Pizzeria Cartier, 3 tries and no hits, withdrawn. I threw out their delivery menu.

The pizza was excellent. On the other hand, it would be necessary to explain to the boss that mathematically a discount of 15% plus taxes is not equivalent to a “don’t pay taxes” promotion.
First time ordering from this place and it's the last. A special Cartier 14" pizza but it was disgusting. It tasted like old used oil and I'm not exaggerating. The pizza was dry, it lacked sauce and it tasted bad. I kept the aftertaste for a long time before That it disappears. So bad that we threw it away... I've never thrown away a pizza. With the tip it was $45. I prefer Pizza Vimont or Resto le Cartier.

We were visiting Laval and found this place. The pizza was awesome! Loads of toppings and cheese. Owner is very friendly, as well. Teminds me of the pizza places we used to visit in my youth.
