What an absolute shame to be called a pizzeria, really bad look for the community. The manager is the most toxic and arrogant person ive ever seen its almost like he wants customers to never return. Not to mention he also talks over his waitresses when they try to help. He also denied someone entry for being 10 minutes late. Honestly just sell the store while youre at it because it's a bad look to have someone like that running a restaurant.

I had a reservation for 6pm Valentine’s Eve and unfortunetly due to the snow storm i was 20 minutes late but i called and let them know that we were going to be late, i was told no problem. When i arrived the manger or the owner told us that we canceled your table let this is lesson for your life to learn to come on time. So this arrogant man behaved unprofessionally and we will definety never go back there , he lost potential customers…and we think the reason behind that they over booked and he needed a reason to fix his problem…

They charge for water. Unacceptable.

My little sister went with her friends to celebrate a birthday. The food was okay. They paid and at the end someone came to ask if the service was good because apparently some members of the group didn’t tip? He had an attitude and was judgemental. Here’s what i have to say to the owners. Tip is not mandatory and to go to a group of teenagers with an attitude to ask why they didn’t tip is not okay. Especially when they tipped. We will not be going back.
Also just for the others reading the comment: when you order water they automatically give you a water bottle and charge you for it. Im pretty sure it’s illegal to charge water.

Hygiene level is no longer like before.
I saw a cook using the toilet without washing his hands after leaving me a little perplexed.
Indeed, the same evening I felt unwell.
The waitress picked up my glass without warning me and it was half full. She also picked up my plate without asking me if I was finished 🤣.
Anyways I give 3 stars for the atmosphere and the fried squid is also good the cocktail

I would like to share a very disappointing experience that my boyfriend and I had yesterday at Sofia Laval. From the start, the waitress made a mistake by bringing only one Coke instead of two. Then, we ordered two starters, a burrata and a tartare, but they were not served at the same time: the burrata arrived 15 minutes after the tartare, which is unusual. Additionally, the bread accompanying the burrata was burnt. When I asked the busboy to replace it, he came back to tell us that there was no more bread, which is unacceptable for an Italian restaurant. To top it off, the waitress never came to check if we needed anything or even to take our order for our main courses. Disappointed by such poor service, we decided to leave without continuing with the meal. This experience was shocking and far below the expectations I had.

It's honestly annoying - do you want other things when you've just had your order,
And you ordered a starter and main course...
Teach waitresses to be introduced discreetly
The customer asks if he needs anything
I was with a group of friends and we weren't even able to finish a conversation due to being interrupted!!!!

Racist owner, i came in with my friend and asked the owner to give me my friends bill so i can take car of it (he didn’t ) i also asked for a slice of cake or something because it’s my friends birthday and he said they dont do cakes, 45 min later i see they bring cake to another table. No respect , ruined the surprise.
