I ordered an Olivia's poutine and some chicken tenders. First of all, the chicken wasn't cooked. When we told them, the staff told us that the cooking time is based on the company and that they did put it as written in their things. Even though they put it again in the fryer, the chicken wasn't cooked the second time also. I understood it all but if it's pink, it's pink.. Second of all, the staff were on their phones and at some point, the cook was speaking on the phone too. After hearing so many good reviews about this fast-food services, I am truly deceived.
Answer to the business' comment: The chicken was not cooked so you can keep your documents for yourself. Not only it was pink as when you buy it in store, but it wasn't firm and it was rubbery. You guys clearly need to review your cooking time because it ain't it.

So slow!
This is a fried chicken place but the highlight was the fries and not the chicken. The chicken was cold in all our sandwiches. When we asked the staff, they said that this is how it is and that it’s supposed to be this temperature. It was cold. Honestly wouldn’t recommend based on the value for the price.
