According to the comments we are the only ones who haven't been lucky!!! We were certainly forgotten because I had to call after 2 hours of delay. We did not have the support requested and I did not have any return calls to find out why the delivery man did not come...I no longer do business with them, lack of reliability and we will tell each other, this is not given!!
