Presotea Carrefour Laval

Here's an honest review. I've been to this place several times to try out different drinks but unfortunately none of my visits have been satisfying. I've tried so hard to like the drinks but I just can't help but feel like throwing up after taking a few sips. I'm truly disappointed at the quality of tea there and I definitely do not recommend going to this place. I'd rather go to a store and buy those expensive soft drinks. SHAME ON YOU

Worst Presotea in Quebec. They clearly need new management, they won’t add ice when you ask for ice in drinks? Insane for a $10 juice, every other Prestotea in the greater Montreal area is very accommodating and friendly. Avoid this location!

Every time I came to shop at Carrefour Laval, I bought mango bubble tea from them. However, in recent days, they have changed their lids and put less product in their drinks. Before it was transparent and we saw everything

I had a stale-tasting mango boba tea, spent 10.49$ + tx. Called them and they said we can't do anything, even if the drink is still 99% full. Quite disappointed that they cannot make sure a client is satisfied or have any accomodations regarding an issue in their part.

Very arrogant and even rude young man.

The earl grey milk tea was really bad. Their tapioca pearls and pudding and jelly have 0 flavour. + everything is milk powder !!!!

Very very rude young people who work advise against it, there are a lot better elsewhere, they don't deserve your money. Rude to the point that she snatched the bill from my hand and I promise you that I was super polite… I asked for a drink without ice I received it with ice I politely asked to have it without ice… (response from her employee change nothing with or without ice it's just frozen water and your drink is made with water) they removed the lid in front of the sink and they are put back to back I have no idea how they removed the ice of my drink I asked to be reimbursed they started making fun of me in front of my child and laughing because I didn't want ice in my drink supposedly it was a cold drink... in front of the cash register I have the bill in hand the cashier told me snatching it out of my hand while I'm talking to her colleague without asking her to reimburse me. when she took out the money to reimburse me she handed me over very very impolitely. (I didn't mention all the little details)

Malheureusement, ils n'acceptent pas les cartes cadeaux du Carrefour Laval, sachant qu'elles se trouvent à l'intérieur du centre. Ils doivent laisser un avis officiel pour ne pas accepter les cartes émises par le Carrefour Laval. C'est quelque chose d'inacceptable. Cependant, le service est bon, Il y a tellement de glace à l'intérieur de la boisson que le goût est faible.
