I’ll start by saying that the cashier was very nice and pleasant. However, that was quite possibly the worst iced latte I’ve ever had at a coffee shop. They pulled out a batch of what I assume to be premade brewed coffee from a fridge and poured that over a cup filled with milk. The taste was bad and could not even be salvaged with 3 packets of sugar. It was pretty disappointing especially since they do have espresso machines and it was 8$ which isn't cheap for a coffee. I could not even finish it because it tasted so bad. Apart from that, the music was pretty loud so it was a bit hard to focus while trying to study.
Very welcoming staff. A lot of tables, good wifi. Unfortunately missing items from the menu ( soups, quiche). I bought a chicken avocado wrap, theres a smudge of avocado , barely visible. The washroom had no soap, toilet paper was just on top of the toilet lid, counter was dirty.

Not clean. Food and drinks were not good. The menu is not clear. We asked for a mango smoothie and we got a drink that tasted like orange juice, when we tried to get it changed the workers were rude and disrespectful. We also asked for a vanilla milkshake that was supposed to be cold but came burning hot. Really bad experience, we do not recommend.
