I called Corine, she said call Christin. Christin made an appointment at 2 but said, she does not know where I can meet her at 2! later she had cancelled another 5 PM appointment without contacting me. I called Corine to clear this up, she handed the phone to Christine! And Christine hung up on me! Few days later Corine called, as I started to talk she hung up on me too. They do not return calls, deny what they have said earlier, talk rude and Hung Up on you. Total Disrespectful representation.

I absolutely no NOT recommend leasing from this company... They trick you Into renewing your lease watch out !!! and they don’t even follow standard procedures when it comes to giving you official letter of lease renewal.... I absolutely discourage renting from this company.. and very very rude customer service representatives (secretaries) 0/5 over all horrible

Vous essayer de les contacter pour arranger ce qui ne fonctionne pas et ils ne vous rappellent jamais. Prix exorbitant pour quelque chose de beau à lextérieur mais pourri en dedans. Jen aurais long à raconter sur leur procédures. Méfiez-vous!

I signed contract and paid a deposit 4 months before moving date (location: Tour Bois Franc) which is advertised as a luxury building. One day before the moving, Gestionxx cancelled the contract. Deposit was not refunded immediately. Tour Bois Franc is false adverting. There is no gym, no pool, no indoor parking until 2019.

Very poor management of the property, no customer service and complete neglect of the basics (garbage, help on sight, repairs). We lived with a whole in the wall made to repair a water pipe for 6 month after the repair, no one bothered to come and fix it. Company to avoid.
