Bad service. The burrito I got was falling apart. The two young men working behind the cash have terrible customer service. Very rude and lazy.

I didn't know burritos could look so good damn sad but here we are.

Got more air than a Pringle can .

Burned the bread, soggy veggies and the best I find is that the burrito wasn't even closed properly , dude had to break the break for it mold because they don't know how to put it on the grill right...

I just walked out without eating. Serious food violations going on in there. The steam table is not working yet the management has decided to leave all the meat out at room temperature. I’ve owned/operated and small franchised restaurant in the past. There are better ways to handle food when things like this happen. Clearly the current owner doesn’t care about food safety. Red flag.

Old Manager and staff left by the end of summer, an employee informed me.

I noticed immediately as the vibe seemed totally different, fried beans paste was liquid, chipotle tofu liquid sauce as well and ran out of pickled red onions.

The older staff seemed happy, content and always in a good mood.

The new staff seems more neutral and less passionate about serving.

The food is also bland, I came second time and the rice is too dry and tofu lacks flavor.

Basically I now come here just to feed myself but it leaves wanting more since the taste isn't like before.

Sad as this used to be my favorite and best branch of all Quesada I've tried in Laval & Montreal.

Very dirty…they charge 18$ for a half wrap with no choice of toppings

Taste wise you can have it a subway better

I have never seen a more discusting restaurant! filty, chicken gross! bathroom dirty everywhere! really bad experience!
The counter where employees work is soooo dirty, food everywhere. No clients inside besides me and my 2 kids so employees would have time to clean! Never going back again

Absolute worst burrito I had the rice was not cooled and was Hard to eat because it was not cooked properly and the chicken was so dry. I paid 40$ on uber for 1 trio and i applied for a refund and they refused to give me.

The worst!!!! I ordered and was charged for chicken in my burrito…not only it didnt have chicken but the bean was hard rock and the naan(bread) was veryyy soggy. Would NOT recommend to anyone!
