TLDR: I had indigestion. I won't eat St-Hubert.
On February 9 at 8:26 p.m., I ordered a filet meal with extra sauces. I hadn't eaten anything since the morning so I was very hungry. Around midnight, I started to feel nauseous. Around 1 a.m., I vomited everything up quite violently and uncontrollably. As soon as I finished throwing up, I felt better. The nausea is gone. But I had stomach pain for 2 days. I had some leftover sauce and just the smell made me sick. I threw everything away.
The cellar on the phone wanted to blame their mistake made by StHubert on Uber. Uber just picks up the order that St Hubert prepares. St Hubert put Caesar dressing on a Jardins salad… he wants me to contact Uber to complain… Let’s see… Uber won’t open my bag to see if I have the right dressing. That’s the job in St Hubert, not Uber. At hubert didn't want to help me at all. Next time I will order from Bennys. They assume their responsibility!!!!

I place a delivery order at 8:36 p.m. including a veggie hamburger meal with sweet fries, a cheesecake (still a small portion unlike when you eat there), a starter of Bâtonnais, a bottle of water, cabbage and 2 loaves of bread.
She arrived at 9:30 p.m. and the food was cold. The soft fries were semi crunchy and soft. The sauces were frozen. I did not receive the breads that I purchased additionally. I called supposedly priority customer service and finally it arrived at 9:55 p.m. And what's even funnier is that by the time the bread comes my food will be even colder or already finished.
I received 5 loaves when I ordered 2, I still find that insolent and disrespectful on their part, it proves that 2 loaves are not even capable of respecting the order and could have given something other than giving 3 more loaves ….
