Friendly bilingual staff, clean take out counter, the order kiosks don’t match the menu, and this location for some reason doesn’t have “butter”, weird,

We had an amazing experience at the restaurant from start to finish! The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was top-notch. A special shoutout to the manager who went above and beyond to make our evening extra special. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly made a difference. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The restaurant is filthy dirty. Food on the floor, and decor from 20 years ago.

Last time we ate here about 3 years ago it was much cleaner…. Something Slipped.

Went at the drive-through for ONLY 2 large cole slaw. Waited for close to 15 minutes. The '' funny '' part: they're asking for a tip. Really??? a tip at the drive-through??? for what???.

Very slow service for online orders. The delivery man is never on time. Almost 1 hour to prepare boxes already cooked in advance is a long time.

Be prepared to tip a lot otherwise you will be served toilet water, I was there last Saturday and I tipped 12% but the lady was not happy, she said why 12% and no more , I replied because the chicken was not well cooked and we didn't have any water on the table, and there I see Madam going to the toilet to get us some water from there, I wanted not get into conflict with her After.

Plate to take with a Tilou robot, meal and lukewarm sauce, dry bread, unlimited drink and sauce the waitress never offered it, the waitress was not in her business, very disappointed

Their new veggie burger is excellent, I recommend! The waitress Ariane, great service and very pleasant, first time and certainly not the last! ♥️ In addition to a small playroom for the children, it was a really great experience 😊
