I don't understand why you advertise delivery with uber eat 2 for 1 You are offering a dark meat club sandwich special at 2 for 1 for $25.49, but in reality when we go to your site you are offering a white meat club sandwich at $11.99 where is the special, in reality that what does it mean when you make the delivery makes you assume that we have a bargain but in reality it's just a scam, Lol I understand why you have a 3.7 star rating well done champions

In between the overpriced food(40$ for 2 small poutines), the extensive delivery charges( 7$ of delivery charges plus tip on a 30$ order), the slowest delivery service I have ever experienced (90 minutes to deliver the food 8 minutes away from the store), the low quality of the food, the size of the portions to the fact that my order got canceled by the store after 75 minutes of wait, Ive rarely been so insulted by a transaction. My first time will be my last. Stay away if you value your sanity.

Ordered at 18:05 and was given a window of when my order would arrive. It’s now 19:50 and I’m still waiting on my order. I used to order often but every time the wait is long and the food is cold. Unacceptable! Edit: Delivery took 2 hours and the coleslaw was hotter than the chicken and the chicken was a dry crust.

Usually I have never had any problem the mouth is appreciated, I am used to buying chicken soup and, normally the chickens are not crushed and the rice is cooked and not that it crisps under my teeth, today I have went to get me a soup the respectful cashier, a gentleman spoke to her behind the counter...I placed my order I waited I received my order I left with it despite it flowing I didn't care I went back to get undressed to take a while before drinking my soup as soon as I open I drink the water because it is the best for me I arrive at the rice oopsssss not cooked chicken at the bottom crumbles I turned my soup I am right next to it the same gentleman was still in behind the counter I spoke in English the rice it s not cook the man got mad he asks the cashier to reimburse me he takes the soup he goes back he comes back he says he won't give me my soup back to reimburse me and never set foot in a restaurant again…. Know something sir i ll be back cause i don t own you nothing i ll be glad to pursue you for racist

Le boss engueule devant nous la caissière au comptoir. On entend le boss crier et insulter ses employés pendant qu'on mange dans la salle à dîner. Cela a été très désagréable ... Et surtout traumatisant pour nous. De plus on a attendu 25 minutes pour 2 clubs sandwiches. On est arrivé à 11h 15. Première et dernière fois pour nous. VRAIMENT!!!

Au Coq's poutine was our favorite for over 5 years, but recently the cheese is no longer the same and always arrives melted (crumbed cheese should remain firm). Melted cheese in poutine really lifts my heart ?
PS: I think it may have been since the merger with Benny & Co.

What a bad service I wondered why I no longer called this branch 1.30 hrs for delivery still not too high Box not complete Missing bread Salad So long that the poutine is all stuck together
When you order on behalf of a company it's the least you can do to put utensils in the boxes at least offer it on the phone and why doesn't the delivery guy have utensils in his car? When we call to complain and we want to speak to the manager Nick and who doesn't take the call it's very disappointing for this banner This is also why we will never order from this branch again.

As always ordered inaccurate take out and missing product. I tel and response from the MANAGER my delivery man will come what is missing at the end of the day???? Always the same thing at this restaurant, always mistakes. Finished at Le Coq for life and my many friends will also boycott this very bad restaurant..

We are told that it is impossible to order in advance by phone to pick up at the counter, we order online on the application and when we arrive at the counter we are told that the order has not started since they have to validate by phone with the customer before, because they receive a lot of fraudulent orders through the application. It doesn't make any sense, what a waste of time!
On top of that, the restaurant discriminates against students from a local school... it will be a boycott of this Rooster in the future, nothing to do with the service of the employees who do what they are told to do, just terrible management ?
