If your an anglophone this place is not for you, the so called animators told us we only know the French games and yr on yr own to pick English ones, after that they never came back... They basically left us and even the waiter took 30 min to even come to us at the start.

Food and service was okay, nothing bad to say about it however, I met with my friends there, we were like 8-9 people. I ordered a $18 poutine and I was shocked when I see thr receipt. It was $33 (Before Tip). I asked them why it’s almost double priced and they told me card game fee and something. Just checked and saw $9 card game fee. Firstly, I didn’t even play. Why you charging everyone at the table? And secondly, if you charged everyone $9 per person for a card game, thats almost $80 per table for using basic used cards for an hour. You can go anywhere on this planet and still that’s gonna be called “Scam”. Do not normalize extra fees in this kind of non luxury places. I don’t think I will visit this place again.

1st time in Randolph Centropolis, for a Harry Potter quiz evening.
Not much of a fan of the saga for my part, but my daughter and my girlfriend had a lot of fun as a big fan!
The presenter and the helpers in the room were great.
The questions were relevant, a good challenge for a quiz.

The special cocktails for the theme were great.

A very fun place to be with friends or even on a date! There are plenty of board games and drinks to have fun as well as good food to fill you up for the night. Its definitely a loud place considering everyone’s playing board games next to each other so keep that in mind. Their present drinks in such a fun way in lab flasks and tubes etc

Animator was rude, not helpful and aggressively threw games on the table. Offered no recommendations when we asked for specific type games. He enjoyed drinking at the bar more than helping us. Waitress was nice but reminded us to get our own water three times which when we did it was warm. While waiting for our bill we had more staff walk by us and be on their cell phones instead offering service or help. This is my first 1 star review ever. I only review on positive experiences.

Boring !! The server call Felix is the worst !! Waiting for hours just to get an answer or anything else !! Having fun with his friends and wasting time with them ! Worst place to visit

We came this evening, and were 4 people. I did not receive my burger; When we approached the waiter, he recommended “rush” in the kitchen and apologized for his mistake. I understand it happens to everyone. However, when I finally received my burger, my friends had almost finished eating and the meat was not cooked (in the middle) apart from my first two bites on the edge of the patty. My partner also took a bite, it tasted weird. It cuts the appetite. When it came time to pay, I was finally able to notify the waiter of the situation, who had already put away my complimentary glass of wine due to the delay in service. He gave us 2/1 entry coupons but they expired in December 2023... in short check your food to avoid stomach aches.

All in all, the games were fun.
