Real Fruit Bubble Tea

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Real Fruit Smoothie Bar thanks to Blossom. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my order. Her warmth and genuine care made the visit truly enjoyable. Exceptional service like this deserves recognition—I’ll definitely be returning!

Mango diamond slush was not tastly at all.
I bought one medium and one small but the taste was bland and watery.
I have always ordered that one but this time It's really sad

Love Real Fruit Bubble Tea! The Mango Diamond Slush and Watermelon drinks are super tasty. The baristas are always kind and sweet—great service every time! Highly recommend!

The best strawberry smoothie in town!

I usually order the Mango Diamond without ice due to health reasons, and both the Royalmount and Carrefour Laval locations have accommodated this request in the past. However, during my recent visit to the Carrefour Laval location, I was met with very poor customer service. I politely asked for no ice, but the two staff, Kevin and the other one were dismissive and insisted that ice must be added. Not only did they refuse my request, but I also noticed they intentionally added more ice than usual. This experience was very disappointing and unprofessional, especially for a loyal customer. I hope action is taken against them, as this kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially toward regular customers.

I asked for 2 mango diamond without ice (replace ice by water). This is how I usually order at RoyalMount and Carrefour Laval. This time the employee said it is a new policy and they cannot do it without ice. Both employees were really rude.

I placed my order for diamond mango, the saleswoman took a blender or there was already the remainder of another mixture, I refused and asked for my refund, the saleswoman reacted with attitude with a loud voice

We’ve been to this location 3x and the durian smoothie always tastes too diluted or they put way too much ice. The baristas need to revise the recipe, I understand they probably don’t get it as often, but to pay 15$ is too much for not to be as whats supposed to taste like. The location of Pointe-Claire does it perfectly fine, it’s a shame since we visit CF Laval often.

The waitress doesn't speak a word of French and doesn't understand anything the customers ask her. This brand makes royal fun of customers. I am making an official complaint to the OQLF.

04 Feb. 2024: Real fruit Tea Carrefour Laval is a decent fruit and smoothie tea place. Here is my review.

Pros:
1) Customer service was nice.
2) Love that there was 3 screens to order from. One in the counter 2 in the wall.
3) Love that there was 4-5 employees on a busy Sunday afternoon.
4) The smoothie banana and strawberry was delicious and refreshing.
5) No need to TIP.

Cons:
1) Service was slow about 5 minutes for 2 drinks.
2) Waiting area is small so you see people passing by you.
3) Can’t see employees making the drinks for you like my mall.

Other than that it is a good place and the exact same thing like my mall to make the smoothie.

Will return for sure.
