The cashier touch money and made my sandwich. No gloves no washing 😓

I ordered a beef sandwich and received a chicken one on uber eats and never received my drink. They put my name on the wrong bag. And instead of apologizing. They blamed it on the uber delivery and said he was incompetent. Very lousy customer service.

An excellent experience today. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. I particularly liked the shishtaouk dish. The atmosphere is pleasant, perfect for a relaxed meal. I highly recommend this restaurant!

I have no words to describe the customer service in this restaurant. I asked for a kafta sandwich with french fries and I made sure to repeat the order many times but we ended up with no frensh fries. On the other hand, we ordered a burger with cheese but again I discovered that no cheese inside. And when I checked with him , he seemed that he knew that he was missing the french fries, hence I found it useless to check with him about the cheese !! Sure I will not come back again and I will not recommend anyone to try it . Stuff of this restaurant needs to learn how to listen to their customers when they make their orders.

Best uber eats shishtaouk and potatoes I have ordered and I have ordered a lot. Either I was starving too much and its clouding my judgement or this was phenomenal for uber eats. Will order again. Thanks guys. Actually tasted healthy

I ordered a hamburger....it was disgusting....Bored!
a ton too much mustard but the worst.... the meat was red inside... almost raw and texture a little... slimy!
I ate 3 bites and threw it away...hope I wouldn't get sick...

I came to order a chicken sandwich today and after paying, I noticed there is dry chicken that is stale and more fresh. I asked for the fresh one. The guy started making it. Then the owner came and refused to serve the fresh one and wanted me to get the dry stale leftover. I said you have both why give me the old one. Then he just said I'll give you your money back. Unprofessional and disgusting. Do not go there. There are much better places near by. They had no customers and their food looks bad.Reply to owner's comment:I never had a sandwich. You wanted to give me stale and old chicken. I only asked for fresh food. I never ate any sandwich you liar. Stop lying. You refused to serve me fresh food. Read my comment properly before lying. Of course you had reimburse me. I never got a sandwich from you because I refuse to eat old dry stale chicken. You're rude and serve old food. I'll report you and you will soon get a food inspection. I'm not alone giving you an honest review. You have many unsatisfied customers. Have the decency to at least apologize
