Randomly came across this restaurant while I was in the area and I really loved how welcoming the employees were. The food was great and the portions were very generous. I strongly recommend it if you like Creole food.

J’ai commandé 2 griots et j’ai spécifiquement demandé sans gras, mais ils étaient remplis de gras. La commande est arrivée froide, alors que le restaurant est juste à côté. La viande était très sèche et avait un arrière-goût prononcé. Ma copine et moi n’avons même pas pu manger l’assiette. Nous ne commanderons plus jamais de griots ici.

Service was excellent, the women who served were very pretty, but the food I couldn't say enough, the meat was very dry and they were nothing exciting compared to this competitor from afar, I won't go back at all because for the same price I can have 1000x better in other restaurants of the same style, very disappointed with the quality of your food, Mr Valery does better....

I took for take out the chicken was too salty, it looked like the chicken was cooked American style. Nice portion of meat all the same. The pâté was good. The stuck rice ok and the sauce could be a little tastier. Banana weighed ak pikliz it was very good and then macaroni salad too.

They didn't seem like people who wanted to work there. The service and certainly the food was not good. I don't recommand people to eat there. The pâtés was dry, expensive and didn't really taste good
They warmed up the patties in microwave before putting then in toaster over....

Food is ok. Only one person doing serving, cooking, plating and cash. She was very nice . The time we were there(20 minutes) the macaroni salad was on the counter and b/c of that we declined it. It stayed on the counter after we left. We dont know how long it had been out. Not the worst in Laval but far from the best. Rice is a bit salty, pesé were very tiny. Chicken was ok too, not more.

On the other hand, there is a sofa for waiting/eating but there is no table inside.
We were well received!
