Poutine, hot dog and submarine all had no taste. Looked disappointing when opening the bag and it was exactly that. Would not order again.

Hands down the best poutine place in the world, ive eaten here since i was a lil kid and the poutine ALWAYS tastes amazing, literally tastes like heaven 🙏

The fries are very good and the poutine sauce is very salty. One of the best sauces in Michigan with a taste of Indian spice that I have never seen anywhere else. The staff is really nice. Excellent dinner.

The only issue that I have is with the prices. They’re way too high. But the service and the food were great!

Employees forget things in the order and when we notice when we get home I send my son back to get what is missing and the daughter waits for him with the order in a bag, guess what happens when it comes home… everything is cold!!!
So not satisfied at all and it hurts the edges of the trash because we weren't going to go back a 3 time!

So far from being satisfied with the service at the prices it costs us….

My patience has reached the limit for how many times ive tried and tried giving them another try but its impossible, 10 straight orders once a week and never got them correctly, but this time its just enough, i ordered poutine and 2x hotdogs i requested extra cheese and said please put the extra cheese at the bottom because they never get it right, so after placing the order i got to the window and i asked the staff to confirm the order and the extra cheese wasnt added, so by adding the extra cheese i waited and get the order and the staff mentions to me ( sir we put you the extra cheese on the side because when you placed the order the poutine was done already ) keep in mind that i paid and corrected the extra cheese all that in 30 seconds ? that was super fast preparation poutine, called to explain my disappointment and the reply i get is comeback here so that we can start from scratch a new order or we will just give you a next time discount, that just ended my patience

And to top it they didnt garnish my hotdogs the way i requested and also indicated on the order description

Dont like to leave a negative review but at the price i paid for a small poutine and two steamed hot dogs $24 its time that someone should look over the process and maybe need some coaching

Ordinary food, too expensive for the taste and quantity. And the service...you have to find the right one! And oh yes....they close at 10 p.m....pfffff! The plates are closed well before...

So two things .. first thing , prices are way high!! 2 toasted hotdogs poutine & drink 20$ is ridiculous..
however , the portions are very good satisfying and quality is really up there and is probably the best la bell province ive ever been too . Theyre gravy and fries are way better than the others and the amount of cheese they put is insane! Full full on the too and cheese in between and bottom.
Hopefully then can lower prices make them a littoe normal again lol id say 2 hotdogs and poutine should be no more than 15$ tax in not a penny more or less including justinflation.
