I booked reservation for the all you can eat tartare (39$) special and was discuraged by the waiter not to take it , he reapeted to me 3 times that it was alot of food , just to be served the smallest tartare i ve ever seen with no taste , entree(18$)instead of 14$ price on the menu , , in the end I was still hungry after eating the main plate which was 25$ in the menu and I was charge 29$ plus 4$ for asking for fetuccini sauce without being told it would be an extra, veal was over cooked , . Spend 100$ to eat two things and 2 glasses of wine instead of 39$ for the all you can eat tartare that comes with soup , salad , fries and then my main at 25$ and my two glasses of wine .
Left starving , smallest plates i ve ever been served . My friend ordered the calamari and was not charged after she said it was dull and I tasted and agreed . With an entree of crab cake at 12$ on the menu was charged 17$ . Obviously never going there again . .
Food was below what you expect, very slow service, pricy.
Waitress made the experience better.
Parking very difficult on Saturday night.

It's an insult to charge these prices for what you get. Here are all the disadvantages experienced at this restaurant:
-Didn't have a menu at my table until half an hour (maybe more). We had to ask for it.
- No bread on the tables if we don't ask for it
-Must request utensils at each service. For a table of 4, half were not set up. No tablecloth, no utensils.
-Lack of staff for speed.
The icing on Sunday, the food! $16 a serving of pennine rosé for CHILDREN! The pennine bolognese didn't even have a ladle of sauce on it! $37 pennine for adult with vegetables, $39 a lasagna (all poor quality).
The price of the dishes versus the quality offered is really the point to remember here! Pasta dishes for adults at $40 a plate, but of a quality that you would see served in a small school cafeteria.
I feel robbed by this place! The only reason I'm giving a 2nd star is just to say it was clean and the employees are doing the best with what they have!
Also, it's not their fault, but on Saturday no parking we have to park at the cineplex!
In short, never again!

Went for supper , didn't receive a menu even though we were part of a group. Had to ask for every THING, including the utensils for our food. Service was slow and the food was not worth the price . Avoid.

Might as well just defrost a lasagna from the grocery store and call it a date night. Don’t make the same mistake of spending $150 for defrosted food. Avoid.

The prices are not at all appropriate for the type of food we ate. More than $40 per person for a group menu.
The food was bad and the service very ordinary.
In short, to avoid.

The service was extremely slow, and the food was overpriced. I paid $39 for a two-layered lasagna with tomato sauce and a layer of cheese, which I found lacking in taste compared to more affordable options like Kirkland or Maxi's no-name brand lasagna. On the positive side, the waitress was friendly and doing her best, even though it was her first shift.

Other than service and lighting, this restaurant was really not good. We were a group of 15 and not one person was satisfied with their meal

Just had lunch. $1.50 for oysters? Too good to pass up. Noemi, our waitress was Super accommodating and incredibly helpful. We had the veal in rose sauce and duck confit linguini! Wow.
The dessert is a rethought sugar pie and you will LOSE YOUR MIND when you have it. Looking forward to coming back!!

This is the first time I've been to a restaurant where we have to tell the waitress that we would like bread, water and salt & pepper. We were around 40 people, I can understand that there is a lack of manpower, but this is ridiculous. The reservation had been made six months ago. We arrived around 6 p.m., very slow service. Had to ask the waitress for additional menus, as only one was outstanding. It's very poorly organized. I had a beef cheek which was delicious. I don't suggest you get the lasagna because there are only two rows for around forty dollars. Snails are not famous. Restricted space between the table and the wall. We left at 11 p.m. It's long.

We had a group dinner yesterday, with 40 people. Our SUPER waitress, Geneviève, took care of all of us, as well as the bar downstairs, the production of all the restaurant's cocktails, bar and room service, as well as serving meals for the entire group. All this while keeping a smile, a sense of humor, and a lot of energy. All credit to her! I strongly suggest that you be served by this exceptional woman on your next visit! Thank you Geneviève!
