We recently dined at this restaurant on a weekend and were impressed with the fast service. The family-friendly atmosphere was enhanced by the bright and lively decor, which looked like it had been recently renovated. The soup special and spring rolls were delicious, but the grilled beef with vermicelli was just okay.
However, we were disappointed with the preparation of the Vietnamese coffee. What really caught our attention, though, was the staff handling drinks without gloves or washing their hands beforehand, which raised some hygiene concerns.
One of the best pho in greater Montreal area.
The food is great, there is a lot of flavor, a really good portion really just great. the service is outstanding they are very nice and patient the atmosphere is calm. overall best pho place in the world
Best vietnamise food ever im always there with my kids n familly
don’t understand why there’s so many bad comments! Food is excellent and the service too! one of my fav, will go back
I can tell most of the bad reviews are from people that dined in and the good reviews were take outs.
I dined in and my experience was bitter sweet.
The service is definitely laking. I went at 8:30 pm and the waiters were on their phones and no one looked at us. We then sat down and they brought the menu. We ordered and they brought the food in record speed. I had the spicy pho and it wad great for the price.
What upset me was people were coming in at 8:50 pm and they were turned down! The restaurant closes at 9:30 pm but it was clear the employees didn’t feel like working anymore. Another older couple came in around 9 pm and they were too sweet and practically begging the waiter to eat and they said they will leave at 9:30 pm (official closing time) but they were still turned down so they left upset. This was heartbreaking and not a pleasant sight to see while eating.
Best soup ever!!!!!!
They owner should teach their employees how to serve clients
Very bad service a young guy employee he don’t know anything about how to service they customers i had hair in my meal i told him he said it’s your hair and he don’t respect
Food was cold and dry. Very disappointing experience. I would not return to this location

Bon service.
didnt have a great time here. the environment (people wise) was very depressing and unfriendly staff. the beef broth tasted good but toppings for seasoning/sauces are limited. average tasting pho, i would go somewhere else for my next pho craving
Haven't been here for a while. Maybe it has new owner? Place turned to below average eatery. Food (shrimp rolls) weren't fresh (served cold from the fridge) and mostly an iceberg lettuce wrapped in rice paper. Soup comes in one size only - about a medium. Sriracha, hoisin sauce and peanut sauce are watery. Waiter was unfriendly. Spend your $$ elsewhere. Station Pho is just few blocks down the street.
please check with your staff i ask a bit of chili but don’t happy with me the guy vn
and i always come almost everyday
if you don’t want your restaurant down please
FOOD POISONING WARNING. I was a frequent customer for years. Unfortunately my partner and I experienced severe food poisoning after ordering combos F and G last night. The response from the restaurant was disappointing to say the least - no apology or empathy, simply a “it happens”. Will not be returning and would caution others to do the same.
