Food portion small, pho is not good, I’ve tasted way better. Waitress is really not friendly or does not have a smile on her face. She needs to learn how to serve clients, not with this kind of attitude. Shrimp spring rolls were not fresh the rice roll was hard. They definitely need to do better. As for us we wont come back.

im not the type of complaining but this place is really not welcoming. At first I stepped in and saw the face of the workers like damn not another customer, I said hi how are you and had no respond the portion is really small the pho missing some tendons in the dac biet and the limonade is 3/4 ice i give this place 2/10 just for the deco and fast service because we was only 2 table at the restaurant not worth it

We recently dined at this restaurant on a weekend and were impressed with the fast service. The family-friendly atmosphere was enhanced by the bright and lively decor, which looked like it had been recently renovated. The soup special and spring rolls were delicious, but the grilled beef with vermicelli was just okay.
However, we were disappointed with the preparation of the Vietnamese coffee. What really caught our attention, though, was the staff handling drinks without gloves or washing their hands beforehand, which raised some hygiene concerns.

I can tell most of the bad reviews are from people that dined in and the good reviews were take outs. I dined in and my experience was bitter sweet. The service is definitely laking. I went at 8:30 pm and the waiters were on their phones and no one looked at us. We then sat down and they brought the menu. We ordered and they brought the food in record speed. I had the spicy pho and it wad great for the price. What upset me was people were coming in at 8:50 pm and they were turned down! The restaurant closes at 9:30 pm but it was clear the employees didn’t feel like working anymore. Another older couple came in around 9 pm and they were too sweet and practically begging the waiter to eat and they said they will leave at 9:30 pm (official closing time) but they were still turned down so they left upset. This was heartbreaking and not a pleasant sight to see while eating.
