Arrived at 18:00, we were alone in the restaurant. Asked if possible to reduce the sound of the boom boom music, was not well received. The server barely reduced the disco music. We asked a second time and were told that the music was ok at the disco sound level. Ok. Food was just ok, tasted like frozen tartar. Fries were very good. All in all, not worth the detour.

The FOOD is delicious, although some dishes are sometimes poorly dosed, such as the "Sucre Salé" beef tartare, which contains far too much cheddar. Overall, the flavors are excellent, the freshness of the food is there, and the presentation of the plates is delightful; nothing but positive at this level.
The COCKTAILS are also a real treat, both for the taste and the visual. The menu offers an interesting choice with alcohols from local distilleries! I love it ♡
The WINE list, meanwhile, is a bit disappointing, with options starting at $50 for red and $40 for white, limiting the affordable choices. Rosé and bubbles are also offered.
SERVICE was good, but it is difficult to fully evaluate due to the few customers present.
THE lounge-type ATMOSPHERE is very pleasant, and the restaurant, small and intimate, exudes an undeniable charm. It's a place I would happily return to for a date night, because the atmosphere is both adult and relaxed.
However, I hope that the MENU will evolve over time, because it is quite short and you can get around it quickly.
PARKING is free, but shared with other restaurants and shops, so finding a place in the evening on the weekend requires patience: it's full of people!
PRICE-wise, starters are around $14, main courses around $30, and cocktails between $8 and $13. Although there is no dessert menu, three choices are offered at the end (I didn't have any, so can't comment on price). Bottles of wine start around $50 for red and $40 for white. I didn't pay attention to the rest.
MY EXPERIENCE leads me to believe that it was a very pleasant dinner for couples, and I can't wait to go back soon! 🥂♡

It's a shame that Olivier the great waiter and mixologist is no longer there, he's a super professional, nothing to do with the waitress who has no interpersonal skills and just does her job. Worse still, she is not even capable of opening a bottle of wine properly and pouring it with respect into the glasses placed on the table, she instead holds them in her hands wow, the waitress is not so professional! Too bad it tarnishes the excellent work of the kitchen by making the experience so banal. It was my last time at your restaurant!
