Not good customer service, on a Saturday evening he refuses customers at 8:45 p.m. When we ask for recommendations he just says the dishes not to take because they close the kitchens, the dish is filled with oil and the price is expensive for not good

Al Soudani is, in my opinion, one of the best restaurants in town, for those looking for authentic Sudanese-style grills cooked over a wood fire. I have never eaten such good grilled food here in Quebec. Plus, their salad is delicious. Generous dishes, reasonable prices. The service is excellent, the staff always smiling. Best wishes !

The shop owner's treatment of customers is very bad. I placed an order on the phone and told him I would be at the store in 20 minutes. He replied that the order would be ready. I arrived at the store exactly 18 minutes later. I was surprised by the store owner speaking to me in an impolite and rude manner and saying that I had not told him that my order would be taken with me. So I told him, well, how much do you need? It took you a while to put the food in a box, and he responded rudely for more than 20 minutes and hinted if you didn't like it and walked away. I do not advise you to deal with this man.Reply to the shop owner: The appropriate approach to your rude way of dealing with customers. Take lessons on how to deal with customers and speak politelyI would like to inform you of the visit to this restaurant, I do not respect the property of this restaurant with my clients and they have an incrowable arrogance.
