The welcome enchanted me even before the dish. “Butter chicken” was the recipe of choice and it was wonderful! The sauce was creamy, with a beautiful color and amazing richness. It had just enough spices. I tasted it with two accompaniments and by itself so much that I loved it. // I liked the welcoming before liking the plate. The “butter chicken” was the chosen food and it was marvelous. It was unctuous, had a beautiful color and was rich. It had just the right amount of spices. I ate it with two sides and by itself because I liked it a lot.
