Homophobia from workers. Had a badge with the lgbtq flag and one of the workers said he doesn’t want to serve me to another worker because I’m lesbian, and I heard it.

The employees there are extremely rude. They completely ignores the clients questions. It’s not the first time that they have given me attitude, but I keep on going back because I am always at carrefour. But that stops now. I will not be giving them my money anymore

I went in to redeem my birthday drink and was treated with nothing but disrespect and attitude from the staff at the front. From the moment I walked to the cash, the girl working there was rolling her eyes, mocking me, and acting like answering my questions was some kind of chore. I told her several times that I wanted to use my points (I have around 3000, not even counting the birthday bonus), and she kept arguing with me, saying I didn’t have enough for a regular drink and could only get a small black coffee. Fine — I said I’d take the black coffee.

But instead of just processing the order, she rolls her eyes again and says to her coworker in Arabic that I’m wasting her time and now she has to cancel my order, not realizing that I fully understood what she said. Absolutely disgusting.

I’ve never been treated with such disrespect as a paying customer, especially on my birthday. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and needs to be addressed. That experience didn’t just disappoint me — it ruined my day.

I’ve been coming to this location for a few years now, and I’m never disappointed with my order or service. I love that there’s a large variety of drinks to choose from; hot or cold — but I always go for a simple black coffee. You can’t go wrong with that.

I also tend to lean more toward their baked goods. I love their muffins and pastries, they’re always fresh, soft and have just the right amount of sweetness.

There is seating available, but I find it’s always full whenever I visit.

The staff are not polite and seem to be arguing with the costomer .the owner`s son in the particular always treats the customer badly servic very slowe and bad .you cannot use cart point and he always says the machin broken

Awful service, filled my cup to 3/4 of cup capacity and i asked him to fill it and all he did was add more ice and give it to me !! Not coming back! For a $6 iced coffee i expected more

I cannot describe how incompetent the staff is in this place. I stood in front of the cashier for 5 minutes while she and the guy at the coffee machine were taking a call. I asked for a light ice, got a full cup of ice. Asked for a vanilla latte, got a mocha latte. Showed her that I got the wrong order and she said it wasn't her problem and left me talking to my self. Disgusted.

Poor service in getting the order and processing for customer.

Barista doesn’t know well the receipt how to make the drinks (put the wrong regular milk for my Choco-Banane that supposed to be Oat milk).

Lastly, just got my drink on the blank cup without the Second Cup Logo 🥤

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Denny. His attitude was unprofessional from the start, and instead of handing me my change, he threw it at me. That kind of disrespect is completely unacceptable in customer service. Not only was he rude, but his overall demeanor made it clear he had no interest in helping customers. If this is the standard for service at this place, I won’t be returning. Management should seriously reconsider who they put on the front line representing their business.
