Asked for an iced matcha latte, but it tasted like the instant matcha….
Paid 7 bucks for something that I could get in a real coffee shop.
Really disappointed.
After waiting too long, a member of staff, without embarrassment, drank my coffee (my name was clearly indicated) while ignoring me. No apology was offered.

They gave us our food in hand due to lack of plates
Many items was not available,
I waited for my coffee latte caramel more than 15 mn,They gave it to an other person by mistake I waited for an other one,and when i asked why it took so long they told me there is no more caramel i have to choose other flavour or wait for 30 more mn,so i choose to left. The guy pretended refund me my money back but he didn’t.Never go back there

I asked for a cup with just ice. I was forced to get something else off the menu if I wanted the cup of ice. After getting an overpriced Redbull, I was still charged for the cup of ice? How does this make sense? Zero customer service. Go to Columbus Cafe instead.

Yesterday morning around 10:20 a.m. I ordered a vanilla matcha which cost me around 7.50 and which had been poorly executed. I then asked for a change and the waitress replied. no, if I wanted to change it I had to pay 7.50 more, so 15 dollars for just ONE vanilla matcha, frankly, I then asked for her name and the manager's number and she in no way wanted me communicate the information… it is one of the worst services received in my entire life without any exaggeration.

When you ask the person assisting you if they can heat the cold sandwich they served you but they tell you they don’t have the time, when they are 2 and there was hardly any clients ?♀️ terrible attitude from both employees. Very disappointing and I will never return.
