We had reserved for a group of 14 tonight. Upon arrival, we see a paper in the door that says “Sharx closed”. No one bothered to call us and inform us it would be closed. I would give 0 stars if I could because what kind of customer service is this. Just ridiculous.

Never again!!! If you wish to bowl despite their bad reviews, make sure you don’t get alley #4! It had so many problems and apparently it’s known to have problems. We were first given alley #3 and after playing a few games they randomly made us switch alley with the people next to us. Then problems started happening. We wasted 25 mins of our time. $80 for 1h!!! I wish we bought 2 games and took our time instead of rushing and wasting time due to their problems.

This was not my first time coming to Sharx, but it honestly might be the last. It is come first, first serve - which is a pretty simple way of working, but the girl at the front made our night so complicated. It was a Saturday night, we had called prior to ask for the wait time and the girl simply said "Well it's busy". Once, we got there, she did not say a single word to us, not even a "hello" and hand us a piece of paper for our information for the waitlist and then says "we'll call you in about an hour". Two and a half hours go by and no call - my friend decided to call for an update, the girl asked us when we could be here, we we're having drinks at Houston next door and said "10-15 minutes" she hangs up on our face! We decided to go back and check if any bowling alleys are now available, she sees us come in and walks away for 10 minutes, comes back & asks us to point to our name on the list. Every single names we're crossed out and had been served, even people who came after us. I also mentioned to her, we called 10 minutes ago and she told me to show her my phone with my recents call for "proof". I never had to show my recent calls to any restaurants or bar just to prove I called prior, that was so unprofessional and unnecessary. She said she could only take 6 of us (we we're 10) to play and walks away, she kept giving us a disgusting attitude, not looking in our faces and just walking away when we we're simply trying to get a place. You may ask why we simply didn't leave yet, but it was our friends birthday and the last time we came here, we actually had service. We ended up going to see one of the busboy's, his name was Yohan and he was colombian, he got us our bowling alleys and our drinks, in under 10 minutes. Thank God for Yohan and his service, he kept apologizing for her attitude towards us & we ended up having an okay time, but why did she make us wait over 3 hours? Because she did not feel like working last night? Because she felt like being petty? Her service and her way of being was completely unacceptable, rude and pathetic, you do not go work in customer service if you do not like people and simply can't have manners with clients. Not to mention, she had a 4 year old, behind the desk, hiding the whole time while this place is a bar and 18 +.

I had two put one star because it doesn't allow me to leave it completely empty. Food is really not good, extremely overpriced ie: 30$ salads, 45$ pastas. Prices we're on par with high end restaurants yet quality of food was far below any restaurant I would pay to go to. service was fine but overall experience was a 0.

Had my wife’s 30th last weekend. First time planning something and they made it very easy to enjoy. First of all the place is class. The cuisine was excellent and our waiter along with the team took care of everything and went beyond to make it a great experience. To top it off there was bowling for everyone to enjoy. Classic bowling balls and clean lanes. I would recommend to anyone looking for a good night or to host a gathering to check this place out.

Went there for a chrismas party and we waited 2h30 before we could eat. They didn't even think about telling us to go bowl while we waited. By the time we were done eating half of the party was tired and didn't want to play bowling anymore. Food was great and the bowling part was fun but they had many management issues. They need to work on their service.

I found the food very over priced for the quantityAlso after spending 130$ on just two meals figured at least bowling would be free.Bowling was another 166$ for 7 people for one game.Kid-friendliness: Bowling can be.played by any.Dietary restrictions: Must inform of allergies before ordering.

Yes we liked it, and recommend itA place where you can eat and play bowling at the same time. Interesting place with gaming atmosphere. Nice average food. We took the 3 mini burgers (too small a portion, but good) and a chicken skewer. We had a great evening where I was able to beat my friend at bowling :) , it's a spot where I would like to go back with many friends to enjoy the place and the atmosphere,

The bowling part was fun and everything worked as expected, staff was friendly, but the Pina colada tasted really weird and had a strange smell.

The place states that it closes at 3 am and me and my friend got there and got sent back BECAUSE IT’S DEAD. It would be nice if there was a notice explaining that hours may differ depending on how busy or NOT THE PLACE IS ! RUBISH we drove 20 mins for nothing
