Very disappointed with what I received today. I sent my daughter to pick up a chicken shawarma bowl. When she got home, I noticed that the dish was completely dry, with no sauce at all. I asked her if they had given her any, and she said no. I didn’t tell her to specifically ask for sauce because they always include it on the side — which makes sense, since it’s impossible to eat this dry. I then called the restaurant, and they told me they no longer provide sauce. If they want to charge extra for sauces, that’s fine, but at the very least they should ask the customer if they would like sauce and inform them that it comes at an additional cost. Don’t just send customers home with a dry dish.

A new update, after receiving my order they gave me one garlic sauce dip and one hummus and I requested another garlic sauce dip but the restaurant owner out of no where said rudely these dips cost me money and you have to pay extra for them, same like I am getting them to throw them away. If he had say it nicely I would accept that they charge for extra dips but the way he said it is too cheap and rude. I am a four years customer in this branch and this will be my last time coming here. So so disappointed The sandwich’s still tastes good though.

I would like to know why I tried calling them couple of times on 2 different dates and they never answer. I tried sending them an email and waited for a week and still no answer. This service is unacceptable
