I don’t recommend this place. Regarding their service, they forgot to include the soup of our food, though I appreciate when they delivered one to our place when we call them.

However, the food was very bad, the fires were tasteless, chickens were dry and bun was bad too.

The chicken is raw. It smells raw. Its disgusting. This is not the first time we’ve had this experience. It’s not a rare occasion of it being raw, it’s almost always raw and if it’s not, it’s semi-raw. I know I’m not the only person who has experienced it from this specific St-Hubert (based on the other reviews).

How on earth is this allowed…? This is definitely a violation.

I went in on a tuesday to order the specials (kids meal for 5$ and wine half off) and the cashier denied me both. She said I can’t have the kids meal (mind you I went to another st hubert express yesterday and ordered it with no problem) and she denied me the wine because I wanted to take out. I said okay then let me eat inside so I can have the wine and she said no you can’t eat the chicken breast inside (when that’s not even what I wanted to order in the first place). So now I can’t eat inside and I can’t have what I want for take out. The cashier could’ve made it all so simple but no. Very disrespectful attitude as I am a paying customer that wants the promos YOU OFFER. Disappointed to say the least. Will not be returning to this location.

Girl at drive threw refused to add xtra mayo ketchup because she closed the order , wtv that means ? 😑

They sent us cream sugar past date. Expiry date July 2024. Look carefully at the dates on the products. Extremely disappointed.
