Wow, service was exceptional! The employees who served me were kind and patient and helped me build the perfect frappuccino. My drink was delicious with a generous amount of whipped cream and cookie crumbles. Great branch.

I have never in my entire life been served so poorly at a Starbucks! Mistakes happens and in this case there was a misunderstanding in the order, it happens, no problem at all! The issue here is the attitude with the girls in the store! They were talking badly about the situation with the window open and I could hear the entire conversation. The worst part is it was a complete lie what she was saying to her colleague. When I addressed it to the young girl on the window she just arrogantly smiled and said thank you, completely disregarded the conversation. I was disgusted by the rude and arrogant responses over and above the nasty conversation happening inside the store while correcting my drink. Kindness is free and your staff should be taught how to handle miscommunications, I was not rude at all up until I heard them talking about me and then I even said nicely, I have never been served this way in my entire life at Starbucks! Incredibly disappointing and will never ever go to that Starbucks again!

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Starbucks. I specifically told the operator taking my order that I wanted to use my Starbucks stars for the purchase. However, he went ahead and charged me money instead. When I pointed out the issue, he insisted that I never mentioned using my stars, which is absolutely untrue.

The lack of responsibility and unwillingness to listen on his part was frustrating. As a loyal customer, I expect better service and attention to detail. This experience has left a bad impression, and I’m reconsidering whether I want to continue visiting this location.

Please address this issue with your staff so that no other customers have to deal with such poor service in the future.

What a disappointment Sunday morning. I have been going there a long time and ordered the same iced coffee without any problem. Who would order 4 shots of espresso + white moka in a large cup with out ice and just drink hot? If you work there you should know better that's an ice coffee not 4 little shot of espresso and put in a Large cup!!!! Unfortunately, today is not the day. The girl who works there has blond braids hair. She has an attitude problem. Raising her voice like I'm her 2-year-old kid. Instead of raising, and giving me attitude. She can nicely show me in proper manner way that there an option on app mobile. If you not happy of your job than don't work there. I never give review this is my first time.

Awful Monday morning...its been afew times now and they make an effort to understand the order. This morning she was Rude...and only spoke French... last time I checked Starbucks is bilingual. In Quebec.
Bett unprofessional..u will loose lots of customers with this girl that was at window at 630am.

Employees on their phones turn away three customers from the drive-thru saying the machine is broken. When I place my order inside, he tells me that the machine is being cleaned, 40 minutes before closing. In my opinion, you should leave cleaning at closing time and not 40 minutes before.

There was a barista who was rude to me last time because I said I had ordered a frapuchino without coffee for my 4 year old daughter and she put some on her! I had to pay again to get another one without coffee :-/
