When I place my order inside, he tells me that the machine is being cleaned, 40 minutes before closing. In my opinion, you should leave cleaning at closing time and not 40 minutes before.

There was a barista who was rude to me last time because I said I had ordered a frapuchino without coffee for my 4 year old daughter and she put some on her! I had to pay again to get another one without coffee :-/

First of all I’d like to say the toilets are disgusting there was no toilet paper, piss all in and around the toilet, toilet paper alll on the floor, a sticky floor, and to top it all off the sink was horrific! But unbelievable, the service if you could believe it was even worse… we ordered 4 drinks. The matcha latte was not even shaken/stirred. We ordered a iced latte with sweet foam, and was given a coffee with no sweet foam and oat milk when we told the barista we were told that’s what we ordered! When in fact we did not as I am ALLERGIC TO OATS!!! Penultimately, the refreshers we got were too sweet as this is not ever the service we get here. Lastly, the service was just flat out rude and disrespectful….would not recommend

They get to the point where they take their own tips without notifying us. The day before yesterday at Starbucks... ordering at the drive-thru gives me my total 13.28... I arrive at the cash register gives me the machine I look there is no option to tip but the total comes to 18 .28$… as if the girl wanted to spend one quickly and add a tip of 5$ herself ?? I said in a medium time and believe me that
