I always come to this branch and I always have great service. This time I went to the drive Thru and the Got Junk truck was blocking the order area. And waited for 15 min and no space was available in the parking lot. Since I was in a rush, I just ordered via the app and went straight to the window since the microphone was not accessible. A Very Rude employee cane to the window and asked me to order at the mic next time. When I told her that it was blocked by the truck she then screamed at me well it means its closed and she went back inside. I could not grab her name as she scolded me and went back inside. I understand that they can be busy and have a bad day but I do not deserve to be treated this way and be disrespected.

J’ai commandé un chai CHAUD et de la nourriture..le chai est froid, la nourriture est mouillée, puisque le chai FROID a renverser partout dans le sac ….maintenant même ma table à manger est pleine de chai cal!$$e. Et je ne peux même pas en recommander un autre, puisqu’ils arrêtent de prendre les livraisons 1h avant la fermeture. Juste WOW!

Outdoor terrace… Nice but need alot cleaning up (weeds all around, Garden in front needs tending to] Not enough parking. …very nice set up inside. Coffee is great. The staff is amazing! Great service and very friendly!
Went in on 9/29 around 11h for my birthday beverage. For some reason it didn't appear on my app but the young gentleman that served me fixed everything up. I don't know his name but he went above and beyond. Wonderful customer service. Hope management realizes how lucky they are to have him

Parking continues to be a major issue. Often patrons have to park on the street (watch out for restrictions) and the drive thru lane is often backed up on to a major boulevard causing a hazardous situation. This location needs to expand their footprint to accommodate and secure access.
