I’m really disappointed with my visit today. I waited more than 20 minutes inside just for one cappuccino, while people in the drive-thru were getting their orders almost instantly. It honestly felt like customers inside don’t matter at all. If you’re in a rush, I’d suggest using the drive-thru because it’s much faster, but that’s not how it should be. Starbucks should respect both walk-in and drive-thru customers equally, and right now it feels completely unbalanced.

I suggest you to go to starbucks bell center, Laval, to show the difference between, no smiley here, long time to complete your order, there good service and short time for your order 😊 the best service are there centre bell

I went to Starbucks this morning, as I usually do, to get an Americano with cream. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. When I first received my drink, the barista took it back, saying they had forgotten to add the cream. After they added it, the drink tasted nothing like an Americano—it felt more like regular brewed coffee with milk instead of espresso and cream.

I was really looking forward to a fresh Americano to start my day on the road, but instead, the drink I received was unpleasant and not what I ordered. I left very unsatisfied with today’s experience.

It took 20 mins to have my drink! The drive thru is crazy , not enough staff obviously inside the shop! Only positive thing ; the outside area as a patio is lovely

It took an eternity to get our drinks. I made an online order for two drinks. The barista took his time making our first drink, but then just completely left the second one. He went to the register and completed other people’s orders, while we were waiting for ours. I had to call another barista to go tell him to continue my order, which is completely unprofessional.

I always come to this branch and I always have great service. This time I went to the drive Thru and the Got Junk truck was blocking the order area. And waited for 15 min and no space was available in the parking lot. Since I was in a rush, I just ordered via the app and went straight to the window since the microphone was not accessible. A Very Rude employee cane to the window and asked me to order at the mic next time. When I told her that it was blocked by the truck she then screamed at me well it means its closed and she went back inside. I could not grab her name as she scolded me and went back inside. I understand that they can be busy and have a bad day but I do not deserve to be treated this way and be disrespected.
