I used to work at Starbucks and had to wait 10 minutes here to get a shaken espresso because a huge line had formed because of the others chatting.

The drive-thru is extremely difficult 😑 to get around. Very tight space especially when there's snow ❄️ This place makes the best espresso &oatmeal glacé.

I ordered ahead via the Starbucks app and it said it would be approximately a 5-8 minute wait. I got there and waited almost 20 minutes for my order to be ready. And not only that, I witnessed a customer order a drink at the cash, and their order was done before mine, even though she had ordered it after me. There needs to be better coordination because it makes no sense at all.

I’m really disappointed with my visit today. I waited more than 20 minutes inside just for one cappuccino, while people in the drive-thru were getting their orders almost instantly. It honestly felt like customers inside don’t matter at all. If you’re in a rush, I’d suggest using the drive-thru because it’s much faster, but that’s not how it should be. Starbucks should respect both walk-in and drive-thru customers equally, and right now it feels completely unbalanced.

I suggest you to go to starbucks bell center, Laval, to show the difference between, no smiley here, long time to complete your order, there good service and short time for your order 😊 the best service are there centre bell

I went to Starbucks this morning, as I usually do, to get an Americano with cream. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. When I first received my drink, the barista took it back, saying they had forgotten to add the cream. After they added it, the drink tasted nothing like an Americano—it felt more like regular brewed coffee with milk instead of espresso and cream.
I was really looking forward to a fresh Americano to start my day on the road, but instead, the drink I received was unpleasant and not what I ordered. I left very unsatisfied with today’s experience.
