The problem are not the employees, who are efficient and do their job.

It’s obviously the employers who don’t schedule enough employees for the workload there is, or who force an inefficient management of tasks, because even when one orders 25 minutes in advance on the application, the staff in this Starbucks is sinking under the number of orders they get and can’t get it done on time

They should really refuse online orders when they can’t catch up on the workload anymore

WORST location ever, girls need to fix theyre attitude. It’s the third time that i go there and 3/5 girls always have a nasty attitude and im so nice. If you’re in that area, go to the one in espace montmorency or the one on St-martin.

Staff was pleasant, drinks were good! This review is more for management.

I am currently in a wheelchair. My partner and I entered the Starbucks via Indigo, and when we exited by the main Starbucks entry, we discovered there was no way to get off the sidewalk and back to the parking lot because the way to the ramp off the sidewalk was blocked by Starbucks tables and chairs.

Not only is this frustrating, but I’m also pretty sure it’s in violation of accessibility standards.

Very rude barista. She made a mistake on my order and when I politely asked her to fix it, she answered me quite rudely. Luckily her coworker jumped in and fixed my order. Staff definately needs some customer service training

First time having a bad experience at a Starbucks. The barista kept making messy, overflowing drinks and threw mine in the sink when I pointed it out. Plus, the wait was long (15 mins) even though there weren’t many customers.

Very clean place and quick service. Adequate space for a nice sit down coffee or drink and very comfortable and cozy. The outside terrace is also very nice place to sit and enjoy the summer weather. Would go there again. Highly recommended.

I asked very clearly for a large strawberry lemonade and two cups of ice on the side. Then the cashier snapped at me and replied very rudely two times « NO NO YOU CANNOT SHARE WITH YOUR KIDS » I EXPLAINED TO HER THAT STATBICLS ALWAYS GIVES ME SMALL CIP WOTH ICE,but she was busy saying no you cannot share with your kids you must buy three
The other collègues of her told me she misunderstood but the truth is that I ordered she is trying to hide the truth by telling her colleagues I wanted the full drink without ice
There were two girls both had pony tail but the one I was served had long pony tail I wouldn’t want the other polite girl confused with the other girls bad actions
This happened at 17:03 pm at store number 6021 the address is 900 Corbusier Laval
First person so terribly rude, she was even rude to my kids saying I can’t give them my drink
She needs to learn Starbucks policy
