I must emphasize that it's not all the staff which is why I gave a 3* It took me 15 minutes to get a iced coffee I never post bad reviews but this time I had to just to help them improve il gladly remove my review once i notice an improvement.
There were 2 employees chatting workout uniform while the others were trying to make the drinks I find that very unprofessional please let your colleagues work while they are trying to work.

I wouldn’t be surprised if you told me they won the Guinness World Record for slowest Starbucks. It’s almost comical how long it took to get my simple order. If you want coffee, go next door to Ange Bakery.

Smiling and warm welcome. I always had my orders correct. The staff is very kind and attentive. The only negative point is that it is a shame not to have an interior corner to put it down.

The worst place ever,no fresh croissant, no regular cream cheese only garlic and they don't prepare your bagel ,I will never go back

Standard Starbucks. Good place to grab coffee and baking when staying at the Marriott Courtyard Laval which is in the same building but you have to go outside to access the Starbucks entrance. The blueberry muffins and lemon poppyseed loaf slices were fresh and delightful as almost always.

Je suis entrée avec mon petit chien. Il n'y avait personne qui attendait. Je me suis dirigée vers la caissière et lui ai dit " Je sais que mon chien ne peut pas rester mais j'ai une question qui prendra 15 secondes" (je voulais savoir à quel moment la boisson saveur lavande serait disponible, thats it !). Me répondre lui aurait effectivement pris 15 secondes et je serais sortie tout de suite. À la place, dès que j'ai terminé ma phrase (j'pense même pas que j'ai eu le temps de terminer ma phrase ?), la caissière m'a répété "vous devez sortir madame, vous n'avez pas le droit d'être avec votre chien" ! Aucune écoute. Elle était super bête et absolument pas sympathique. Écouter ma phrase et me donner une date lui aurait pris 15 secondes. Tsé quand t'as aucun savoir être et que tu ne sais pas juger une situation. Cliente contente = elle va revenir. Tant pis, même si j'habite à 3 minutes, j'irai dans un autre Starbuck ?♀️
