The day of my birthday, I went to Starbucks to receive a free drink (shown on the Starbuck app). When I showed my application, the employee told me that you had to have spent at least $200 in the year to receive the free drink for your party. So I didn't receive my free drink. I looked at the conditions for birthdays, and I didn't see the famous $200 rule. A friend who works at a nearby Starbucks mentioned to me that she had never heard of this rule. So I'm confused about the situation. On the other hand, I would like to highlight the attitude and professionalism of this employee! Very warm and courteous!

the employees are very kind and hardworking. but its been 3 times where my mobile order hasnt even been started when i walk in after placing the order 15 minutes prior. then ive had to wait over 20 minutes multiple times! the whole point of mobile pick up order is for it to be ready when you arrive. im not one to complain but start mobile orders when theyre placed- thats what the app is there for, when people are in a rush to get to work.

The cashier today September 23 around 1 p.m.... never seen such a condescending and haughty cashier, I asked her 2-3 questions about the menu and she seemed exasperated so I clearly told her that I calls Marianne and she writes mariole on the cup.. have you ever heard that as the name mariole ?

Finally a Starbucks at the foot of the metro!Super easy to access in summer and winter whether on foot or by car.There are parking spaces 10 minutes away which make it easy to get out of your vehicle and get your drink. The service is so fast that it goes quickly and there is always a place to drop off your vehicle. Barely time to pay, and our drink is ready at the counter! And the team is dynamic, smiling, motivated! A great gang to encourage. We feel that there is real leadership and real commitment. Whether before an event at Place Bell or between 2 classes at Cegep, this is the destination in the Montmorency district!
