Amazing and clean food. Highly recommend. Always an enjoyable experience there. The late night menu is also fantastic. Nice to have a great restaurant that stays open late, it’s hard to find these days.

An unforgettable dining experience at Sterling’s!
The filet mignon and the côtelettes d’agneau were absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor. Tim, our waiter, offered outstanding service from start to finish. When I told him how amazing the food was, he smiled and said, “We have the best chef,” and it truly showed!
The team spirit at Sterling’s is remarkable, and Tim’s wine recommendation complemented our meal beautifully.
Come and eat here… you won’t forget this experience!

Went for the 1st time in August for my Aunt's 90th and had s wonderful time. Just returned on the 29th for my birthday and was terribly disappointed.
The service was very nice and attentive when we could find our server. They ran out of baked potatoes and the one we received was ice cold.
Two of the three mignonettes were overdone and the asparagus was incredibly fibrous.
Yes, our server offered another meal but by that time it was too late. She went out if her way but was clearly overloaded.
Both my Aunt and I had severe digestive issues that evening and the next day.
Maybe, MSG on the meat?
Very sad as it is a beautiful restaurant.

First time at Sterlings Steakhouse and it did not disappoint. Our server TIM was amazing. Helpful with the menu and suggestions. All the staff was amazing. As for the food, from the bread to the dessert was exceptional. Crab cake amazing, calamari amazing, filet mignon amazing and roast beef amazing. Will be back 100%. Thank you for a great culinary experience.

This is what a steakhouse should be. Nice ambiance, top notch service and amazing steak. Head the 12 oz filet, asked for a Chicago medium rare and it was absolutely perfect. The seasoning, the char, that first bite that puts you in a different place for a second. It was very enjoyable. Good sides, veggies were warm and crispy, fully loaded baked potatoe was very good, I might have added cheddar, but that's a preference. Decent wine selection as well. Not a super extensive cellar but something for every taste and budget. We will definitely be back for more steak.

What a beautiful evening at a superb restaurant served by Frédérique ( great service) we enjoyed a nice VEAL chop , well cooked with excellent sides at centropolis with family .. I highly recommend the veal

Simply not worth it for the prices. We order calamari as an appetizer and since the calamari was 25$ we expected it to be pretty good but came out very disappointing. Not seasoned and I’ve had better. The waiter was good yet we ordered our new york steak well done but came out medium, we are not complainer but regret not complaining that time. The food is good just not worth the price. We usually stick to the Keg but wanted to try something new and unfortunately it just was that good to us especially for how pricy it is there.

Friend of ours thought it was time we try out this restaurant that she frequents. So we jumped in the car and made our way to Laval and sat in this very well decorated restaurant that made you feel at home in a calming environment, you know the one, no kids and no dogs barking. The music volume was set just right, where you were able to have a lovely conversation among friends. Great atmosphere to enjoy your meal that you will definitely talk about on your drive home. You are now wondering why I talking so much about the restaurant itself and not the food? How many times have you dropped hundreds of dollars for a special occasion and the restaurant had the music so loud you couldn’t tell your server what you are ordering. People all raising their voices so they can carry a conversation? Well now lets talk about the food, the pictures will speak thousands of words. I highly, and I mean highly recommend the BBQ octopus, the Prime Rib and the lobster tails were 10/10 eyes closed. The Rib Steak was cook properly medium rare but I like to have it basted with warm butter and finally two last were calamari could have stayed one more minute and Lamb Chops touch over by one minute but all in all I highly recommend Sterlings Steakhouse for those special occasions.

The food was great. We had the rib steak and the sirloin with brie cheese. Sam, our waiter was attentive and funny. Service was at the speed required for such a meal. We will surely go back. One note for the owner, those were not grilled vegetables as described on the menu but otherwise, a very pleasant evening. Thank you.

Always enjoy the Chilean seabass. One of the best I've ever had and always consistent.

I’ve been to Sterling numerous times and always order the rib steak as it’s excellent. The manager stopped by to check if everything was to our liking, which I really appreciated. Excellent service as always!
