Waited an hour for our mains… food was okay, but I’m sure it would have been better if it was served warm

My kids took me there for my birthday. Prime roast beef au jus was amazing. Best I’ve had in a long time. We were 8 adults and everyone enjoyed there dish. Waiter was superb.
I rate this my favorite restaurent. Pricy but worth it. Highly recommendable.

Steak was good but not exceptional as I was expecting. Oddly enough the bread was surprisingly good I had to finish it all. And the bonus was the chocolate soufflé, what an incredible dessert I had forgotten about. Came.in late at night, not long before closing time, never felt any pressure to finish quickly. Great staff.

The service is incredible and the place is really beautiful, but the food, I was a bit disappointed ? our plates had no flavour at all, everything was very simple. We left almost all our main dishes and we packed them to go!

My husband an I went with 2 other couples for the 1st time. The atmosphere was nice. The food was delicious. We all had different items & everyone was pleased. We had exceptional service from our waitress Marie.

First and last time.
No sense arriving at 8 p.m....our table (have to be reserved) not ready..but when I say not ready...it's not ready...they went to look for a table at the front of the restaurant and put us in an uncomfortable area! Poor service...4 times asking for water it's bad...my glass of water tastes like celery salt...waitress...well the worst service I've had. I didn't feel...like a customer should...I don't recommend.

We were expecting a lot more for a total price of 360$ for 2…
Beautiful place and good service but the food I can say that we’ve had better (grilled octopus , escargots au gratin and 2 fillet mignon with melted brie) .

The ambiance was great. Festive, ornate, clean. Service a tad slow as there was several celebrations that evening it seems. The food some delicious, some miss. I ordered a steak, i can sincerely say that I had better. The Sterling experience was however pleasant enough for me to want give it another try.
