Update your opening hours. Online, it says that it closes at 10 p.m. even though when you arrive at the door the subway is closed.

I am a regular customer at this Subway, I have been eating here since I was young. However, after all the sandwiches I've had, today's was the worst! It fell apart in my hands because it was overcooked and really too crispy. Every bite could be heard by the neighboring Subway business so much that the sandwich was tough. Aside from the lack of quality of the meal, the service was terrible. The kid didn't seem interested and was listening to music on his AirPods while he served me. I am disappointed with my experience today.

Called and had 8 sandwiches prepared in advance, for my lunchtime sales visit. Sandwiches were ready in a timely and professional manner. Fantastic presentation. Great communication. My clients were very happy. Brandon is an excellent sandwich artist!

This subway used to be one of my favourites until October 1, 2024. On the door, the sign says opens at 8 o’clock Monday through Friday. I showed up at 8:35 to order a breakfast sandwich. Unfortunately, the gentleman behind the counter told me that he only opens his cash at 9:00 am and the breads are in the oven and he couldn’t serve me until 9:00, even though he started at 8. He actually told me that if I had a complaint to make to make it towards his manager, Sylvain, but I went one step up and I’m doing it here on Google. Don’t have a sign on your door saying you open up at 8:00 and won’t serve them until 9 AM. Be ready to serve your customers at 8 not at 9. I’d rather spend my money somewhere else and you have lost me as a customer for over 20 years.

We got there on a regular Saturday at 8:10pm as an employee was locking the doors, even though the restaurant is advertised to close at 9pm. You could see 3 people hanging around in the restaurant but only one was dressed as an employee. If y’all dont want to work until 9pm then you should change your opening hours. Really unprofessional
