They close at 9 but told us at 8h45 we can’t eat because they are closed sad we ordered so much and had to go home to eat it cold by the time we got there

Very disappointing place. I do not recommend this location. Unqualified staff to serve customers.
The worker was drenched in sweat and his sweat was dropping in my wrap, he redid it twice then when he finally gave me my wrap, the paper was stuck to the bread. New management sucks.

The first time very good service by the owner,I am celiac (gluten free) he tells me theirs tooBut after I went back I had to guide the employee step by step. She didn't know that? The 2nd time she looked silly and took her time so much, it's like she was not kidding (I was disturbing her in her conversation with the other employee. I gave yet another chance, my son and my spouse went there, my son who is a Subway fan told me he never had such bad serviceI liked to go there, it's very close to my house. But now I make a bigger detour for a great service and people are even trained to serve us with allergiesThey may have just lost a client but the rest will follow if he does not change employees she is young with long black hair ???
