In the morning around 9:15 a.m. There was no bread for breakfast, no coffee, the sauce is disgusting, the lettuce is no longer good, the biscuits are those from the day before, the lady gave us unripe tomatoes with the stone in the middle .... There was "no bench for children" And its service was extremely poor.... It no longer makes you want to go back for lunch there at all. I felt obliged with the machine to leave an extra tip when even for the cheese, I found it cheap in portion, it had only put some on one edge inside and extra at the base

The best subway in Laval. The staff are very nice, I don’t know the names of the ladies but they are great. Excellent customer service and the sandwiches are always well prepared. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Service was alright, but the veggies were frozen and dripping with melting ice. Most of the bread types were not available at lunch time. The bathroom is dirty with a open drain pipe and falling ceramics from the wall. Do not recommand the place.
No more green pepper or cucumber. According to an employee, it costs too much, so they don't order anymore.

I'm really disappointed because I like the Subway restaurant chain, but unfortunately I don't have any positive comments about this Subway. The staff makes a lot of mistakes, the employees are not at all friendly (never smile, speak the bare minimum, roll their eyes in the areas.) Once I went there and rather than put my sandwich (12 inch ) in the back line, the employee put my sandwich in the front line which disrupted the order and ensured that my 12 inch was returned to the customer in front of me and her 6 inch to me. When the lady in front of me mentioned that this was not what she had ordered and that she had ordered a 6 inch, one of the employees started to insist on her order, telling her that she had ordered a 6 inch until I spoke up and said that indeed she had ordered a 6 inch and I had ordered a 12 inch. Finally she made our sandwiches again, looking up at the areas for a mistake on their part. There is often a lack of toppings. I find this a shame, because it's a restaurant that is easily accessible to me as I work nearby, but it doesn't make me want to go there unless I'm really in a hurry and that's my only option...

I agree with people's comments that the food is not fresh. I have been using the plain flat bread for several years and it is a very soft bread. I went to this subway and the flatbread was so hard I could break it in half with my hands, that's not normal. There were soft ends but 3/4 was hard. I had to go back to change my sandwich. The employees (who apparently hate their jobs) persist with me for several minutes and end up giving me another sandwich but they think I'm the bad customer. Serious? Would you have eaten bread as hard as a rock? I don't and if your bread is old it's your fault, not mine. I often eat subway (I usually go elsewhere) and this is the first time I've been given this. The employees don't make you want to go back, very cold atmosphere. And it lacks lots of condiments and no salt and pepper.
