I ordered a Beef Brisket Sandwich. In the beginning my only request was that I don’t want a sweet sauce therefore they suggested I pick the one I want which I did (south west) then got to the portion where I had to pick my vegetables. I don’t understand because I thought the recipe was pre-made so I gave my choice. Note that this is the second time I order food at Subway in 15 years. I get my sandwich: small, thin and clearly not looking anything like what I ordered. I address the situation to the man and lady (they were nice about it) at the cash (half the team seems to be new) all she said was that she follows portions and the man just said sorry. I let them know that it’s ridiculous not only my sandwich looked like nothing of what I ordered, I was misguided through the process, 12$ later and I am still pretty hungry. Cheap branch in quantity of food and bad after purchase customer satisfaction. I am a new customer to Subway. They could have changed my experience to gain a new client but didn’t. I wouldn’t mind driving an extra 10 minutes next time to go to another branch. Hopefully this review is taken seriously to level up your business.

Really good customer service

Forgot half my ingredients and i ordered online FROM THEIRS OWN APP at 22pm no excuse 1 hour before closure one of the workers was asleep on the bench of a table with his smelly feet , i always order extra veggies just to expect a few ones because i know how GREEDY SUBWAY IS BECOMING and yet i had zero olives, zero pickles, zero spinach, 1-2 TOMATOES on a 12inch!!! Literally 3 pieces of tiny FAKE meat MORE FAKE BREAD THAN ANYTHING ELSE if you want to pay almost 15$/20$ for un empty Bread sub go to this subway

Walking in first impressions were like any other subway, beautiful subway scent. They do take coupons which is a plus, have had experiences where some subways don’t take coupons.

For someone who used to work at Subway the quantity of food everything is good BESIDES Monterey Jack cheese, should be a crime how much was put on, they should’ve charged me less for the quantity of cheese they put. I’d say you’d get your moneys worth if you just go with white cheddar which is 4 slices for a 12 inch or 2 slices for a 6 inch otherwise I only ordered the sandwiches from the coupon not in a combo.

Absolutely antisanitaire place, do not buy food here!
Was there 27 Aug near 17:00 meet employee making food with round hat on head and very long beard not protected by mesh.
His hairs falls into ingredients and food.
I do ask him why he didn`t wear the mesh on his beard? He said can put one for me... why for me? This is general Subway policy!
He start search and didn't found because don't know where is placed, so that mean he never cover his beard to prevent from hairs falls to the food ingredients. So wharever he gonna put one for me, many hours before I come, his beard hairs falls to food's ingredients and people buy that? DISGUSTING!!!!

I had a great experience at this Subway location! The staff were super friendly and efficient — they prepared my order exactly the way I wanted, and everything was fresh and tasty. I got the veggie sandwich with potato rings and it was made perfectly.

The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and had a nice atmosphere. Even though it was a bit busy, the line moved quickly and the team handled everything with a smile.

Definitely one of the better Subway locations I’ve visited. I’ll be coming back again!
