Really a restaurant that hurts
We see the manager attacking two young girls in front of customers.
It’s a zoo where respect is not a rule to follow. She took the liberty of yelling at her employees while we were waiting for our order. She clearly lacks civility.

Impeccable service from the workers, the employees were super friendly and respectful despite the fact that my son changed his mind every time. however the store manager it turns out was just sitting outside the store smoking a joint really gives the store a bad image and subsequently she notices the big rush but doesn't intervene and help not but rather decides to come in and yell at the employees and ask that their food be heated immediately. I saw the energy tense among the employees and one of the girls wanted to cry and I really don't think it's the first time

Super dirty and poorly clean toilet. The door lock is malfunctioning. The employees complained and sighed loudly every time a customer came in. He looks at you like you're wasting their time. There was an employee who had finished his shift who was "chilling" and talking loudly with the cashier. While other customers wanted to order and pay for their food. Half of the menu was unavailable. No soup, two kinds of bread and only half of the sandwiches available.

I can understand that some things can be back ordered, but not having half of the items on the menu? This shows poor management and a poor customer experience.

If you don't want to work, you can resign instead of being annoyed with each customer. There are other young people who want to work.

The employees, often new in training, are kind and do their best. I have nothing bad to say about them.
But the manager is the most unpleasant person I have seen.
She talks stupid to her employees in front of customers.
She almost yells at an employee in front of me because he dared to make my sandwich before making the large online order he had just received when there was no one behind me. She dares to say "it's a question of respect for customers, we must respect the order of orders"
Ridiculous !
Then go sit outside and chat with other employees on break.
I understand why there are always new employees in training who would want to work with such an unpleasant boss! !

I started going to Subway for their chicken shawarna bowl, very good, a little spicy and generous portion. I don't understand the negative comments about the service, until now it's always the same employees who served me. They are very welcoming, courteous and efficient when there are a lot of people at rush hour. They are short of employees everywhere, so appreciate those who serve you courteously.

When you order by Uber and the delivery guy tells you that’s not what you ordered. You ask him why they did that, he tells you that they couldn't reach you to tell you that they didn't have any mustard.It makes no senseI will never order this again, it’s really not strong
