To the person working on 01/7/2026 at approximately 8:15-8:35 PM Should absolutely be fired. There was a mistake in my order and the woman refused to help and refused to let me speak to the manager so that I could fix my problem. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude with me, could not understand French or English, she hung up on me several times as I tried to ask for the manager and refused to let me speak to any other employee. The order was placed online for a pick up and on top of this it took her over 30 minutes to prepare two sandwiches. Will never come back here again.

Hands down, this is the best Subway restaurant I’ve ever visited. I go to Subway almost once a week because my son has gluten allergies, and this location absolutely stands out. They had gluten-free bread available on-site, and the staff was so helpful when I called ahead. The service was impeccable, everything was incredibly clean (including the washrooms), and the owner-manager clearly takes pride in keeping the place spotless. Overall, it’s a 5/5 spot for any Subway fan. Highly recommend 5 Star rating.
