Someone should get fired. It's been four times that I've ordered the southwest rice and steak plate and made it very clear that I want the southwest sauce. However, each time, this person does not take my request into account. Honestly, the first time it's understandable, but after three more mistakes, I think it's necessary to be more careful about what you do.
