There are so many better sushi spots out there. This one had slow service, messy presentation, and food that didn’t taste fresh. Definitely not worth the hype or the price.

Gross! After more than 70 visits, we will not go back! Family of 5, we always from here. Last week, not 1 hair in the sushi but 2 separate sushi’s with hair!!

We took-out to eat so I called just to advise them, I did not ask for a refund, I just wanted to let them know that there is an issue they should be aware of. The guy at the cash who also answers the phone, who is so cold and borderline rude every time, didn’t say sorry, didn’t flinch. He had zero emotion and zero sympathy. Shame.

Ordered off of uber eats and my order was missing 3 items. On my receipt orders have been punched in but still managed to forget items. I'm guessing they were to in a rush to close up shop and just quickly made the order. This is especially frustrating when youre not alone for dinner and people don't receive what they have ordered and the store is closed. Lack of attention to detail, service and professionalism

This is a place that I have always liked to order sushi, but the quality of the sushi varies greatly from one order to another. This evening, the rice paper for the tartare maki was not tender, quite dry and there were chunks of rice paper. It's a bit disappointing, sometimes they are very good and fresh, but other times it's less satisfying. There are other options in the area, which are more expensive, but the quality of the sushi is extraordinary. (I will refrain from naming the location for the review). If there is one thing they could take as an example, it is the attention to detail and freshness of their neighbors. It’s still a good, fairly affordable option, but there are some areas for improvement if they want to retain their long-term customers.
