Food is amazing , the staff is great , an overall good experience.

I usually don't write negative reviews, but I wanted to make sure that people are aware of this before they choose to come eat here.

Well first of all, I want to mention that if you buy 4 rolls for 4 persons, you are not allowed to get 4 soy sauce. They will give you 3 and have to charge you 1.50$ extra for a fourth one. I told them that we were 4 person, we wanted some sushi as a starter. Wasn't negociable. You know, if I would of come 4 times, order 1 roll at a time, you would of give me that 4th sauce, right? Anyways, the guy that made my sushi(poorly rolled, some piece came broken, some were missing rice. Probably rice is too expensive too... see the pics) told me when I said I was going to post this on the Internet that Sushi Shop only allow 1 soy sauce per 10 pieces of sushi. Then he looked at me like I was retarted and said: usually people understand that. That blew my mind. You understand that with an experience like this, I will never go back. At least the food tasted good.

Unfortunately, we have had 2 bad experiences with our platter orders. We will go to another location from now on.

My first time at Sushi Shop. I went inside to order. I ordered the combo omega, the worker just grabbed the box from the counter .. I was expecting to get freshly made sushi. I tried ordering the baby on board combo, the worker told me he couldn’t make me pay for it and that I had to order it online so they could make it for me…. ???? Such a waste of time. Never gonna come here again.

I went there 3 times in two weeks and over the two weeks, they prepared two poké for me other than the one I had ordered.

I just ordered for the first time in here, the sushi were really good looking and most importantly they tasted really good.
Excellent service with nice staff, will very much recommend 👍

Always good and well served, but the lobster and shrimp poke bowl is disappointing. The menu says coriandee and there isn't any. The lobster is frozen. The image shows fried shrimp and I had small cold shrimp... $26 is expensive for defrosted rice and flesh... No taste even the rice. I eat stuff that tastes nothing :(
