This is a great place for healthy eating or when you want to try something international. The food was made with fresh ingredients and the staff was very kind and accommodating for detail the request on what to put on what not. Highly recommended!

Ordered two salmon poke bowls expecting rice, salmon, avocado, and lettuce, ended up with a giant bowl of lettuce and barely anything else. Spent nearly $50 for what feels like a DIY salad. If I wanted that, I would have made it at home. Thanks, Sushi Shop :)

It was said that we had a life-threatening allergy to seafood. She didn't care at all. And then when we told them that it contained pollock, and yes, seafood, (because she included it in our order) she started shouting at us :-D. I had to explain to her that if anything happened to my fiancée that I would come back for her so that she understood that it wasn't just a whim. You innocent girl. She said yes yes as if we were stupid and wouldn't realize it. I told him it was very simple, either you say no I can't make it for those who have seafood allergies or the opposite, but you don't pretend. All that to say that we won't go back.
Dietary restrictions: They know nothing about it, they barely understand when we tell them they have a fatal allergy to seafood.

This location does not take allergies seriously. You have to follow them for every step. I told them that I’m allergic to shellfish and asked them if it was ok to order from them. They said yes, made me pay and then started my order. I saw that the woman was putting crab in my order, so I just repeated that I was allergic….the woman literally started yelling at me 😳 I reminded her that I asked if it was ok before I ordered, she kept yelling and having a huge attitude. Service was absolutely unacceptable!!! I will never go back there and absolutely do not recommend this branch at all!!!

No care of Gluten cross contamination. Paid extra to make Gluten Free Sushi but nothing changed while making. Staff need to be educated not just grab money and off you go.

It seems that sushi combos prepared a few days ahead. Rice war tough and reeked of mold, fish was, mostly, substituted by crunchy fried dough. $30 for 8 pieces - all went to garbage.
Disgusting...I got the combo G and found small hairs on cucumber..and after tried opening all the rolls and there was hairs on the rice too! Ended up throwing it away... Never buying from here again
