Very nice, clean and helpful staff. Went for my wife, lots of choices with prices ranging from low to high. Great desserts too.

It’s really a paradise for celiac people! If you go on Fridays, they always have a different meal to go! The staff and Susie are really amazing!

on ne peut se passer de Suzie sans gluten , longue vie
énormément de choix et tout est frais et bon. Les repas spéciaux du vendredi sont un must.
My favorite go to spot in Laval Quebec !! 100 % gluten free , they carry all sorts of stuff from bread to desserts. It’s a one stop shop as they carry in house made items (cinnamon buns to die for) to croissant (from Boulangerie Le Marquis , another gluten free bakery). The owner is a real sweet heart and her baked goods are worth the drive .

I visited this store some weeks back as i was excited to find a store with Gluten free items. I bought a cheese cake and when I got to the car and opened the container it was full of mold. I was really horrified and I ran back to get a refund. Unfortunately i forgot to take a pic at that moment. There is no manufacture date on the desserts so you will never know when items are best by ( I only realized this after). I think this store needs to starting being more cautious and pay more attention to food safety. I will never visit this store again. So disappointing.
Highly recommended if you like to eat 3 days old pastries. Rude service.

I went there for the first time today to pick up a few things for my mom. I also picked up two amandines. From the first bite, we knew they were not fresh. We were shocked when we saw MOLD on the bottom as we were eating them. We had to drive back (30 minutes away) and demanded a full reimbursement of my purchases, as we could not trust that the other products were fresh (I brought everything back with me). The manager explained that he had to call Susie for an authorization. Wow, what an unpleasant, rude and disrespectful person. her solution, you may ask? An exchange for other items… as if I was not disgusted with the mold that we ate earlier. She was unapologetic, blamed her employees and even the provider she supposedly deals with for croissants… As I was trying to tell her that she was still accountable for the mold, since it was in HER store, she threatened to call the police on us!
The poor employee felt so bad and apologized even though it was not his fault. I feel bad for them. Her responses to bad reviews and how she always blames the clients says everything you need to know about her poor management and customer service skills.
N.B: her reply will probably imply that we are at fault and she did nothing wrong, like she does to every criticism or bad review, with pure lies.

If only you could put that all effort in your customers service instead of writing lies about what actually happened.

Susie thank you for putting a smille on my daughters sweet face again. This place is our new happy place with desserts that are so delish, they have an awsome Frozen section ,from pizza dough to bread ,wontons and dumplings. Her pistachio raspberry cake is to die fix along with her carrot cake. It’s a visit you will adore.

I'm writing from Alberta! I was in Homesense a few days ago and found Susie Sans Gluten cookie flour - I eat gluten-free, and generally haven't had a lot of luck baking gluten-free treats that taste or act the same as treats made with regular flour. I turned the package over and saw this company is Canadian, and I thought - why not? Let's give it a shot.
And oh. My. GOSH. I made my favourite cookie recipe from a blog I follow, subbed the flour for Susie's GF flour, and produced the yummiest, chewiest, MOST PERFECT cookies!!! My husband couldn't even tell they were gluten free!! I was honestly blown away.
I found Susie's store online and reached out to her, and she was SO KIND and let me know I could buy stock through homesense or well.ca. So I may have placed a large order through Well to try some of the other flours and mixes.... haha can't wait to continue experimenting.
Highly, highly recommend, based on the quality of the product and how kind this product's creator is, that you check this store out if you're in the area (wish I could!!), or if you're like me and too far away, purchase some of these flours online. I promise you won't be disappointed. Get ready to level up your gluten-free baking.
Merci again for responding to my email questions, Susie!! ❤️ this is the first time in a long time I've felt excited about baking. My birthday is in May and I'm looking forward to making my own gluten free cake. If your cookie flour is any indication of how awesome your cake flour is, my cake is going to be amazing this year.
