Thai Express Restaurant Laval

This review is in direct reference to the overall cleanliness of this location. The bathroom and area surrounding it aren’t clean, neither is the dining area if you take a close look at it. All the booth seats are ripped and worn, tables aren’t regularly cleaned either. A great indicator of the condition of the kitchen is the condition of the bathroom. I won’t be visiting this location again. Oh yea my spring roll was lukewarm, at that price point it should be fresh out of the fryer.

unfortunately I had a pretty bad experience! I ate in the restaurant. It had no taste, the chicken had no seasoning and tasted of old rubber. The benched seats are completely destroyed and the plastic chairs looked dirty. but the worse part was the bathrooms. omg. It was so dirty, the floors sticky, bugs near the siding, toilet covered in old pee all around the toilet (not just the seat) dirt and grime everywhere I was horrified. Had I gone to the bwashroom before ordering I would have left right away as the cleanliness of a resto bathroom tells you a lot about the general cleanliness of the restaurant. I gave two stars only because the staff seem like kind people

Unacceptable customer service. I had an extremely frustrating experience at Thai Express. The payment terminal wasn’t working—it just showed “welcome” and wouldn’t let me complete the transaction. The man at the counter (owner or employee?) walked off to cook without checking if payment had gone through. When he came back, he outright blamed me, even though it was clearly a problem with their machine. He had to restart the system for it to work, but instead of apologizing, he was condescending, impatient, and rude. To top it off, he slammed my food down on the counter without saying a word. This was blatant disrespect, a complete lack of professionalism, and zero regard for customer service.
