Unacceptable customer service. I had an extremely frustrating experience at Thai Express. The payment terminal wasn’t working—it just showed “welcome” and wouldn’t let me complete the transaction. The man at the counter (owner or employee?) walked off to cook without checking if payment had gone through. When he came back, he outright blamed me, even though it was clearly a problem with their machine. He had to restart the system for it to work, but instead of apologizing, he was condescending, impatient, and rude. To top it off, he slammed my food down on the counter without saying a word. This was blatant disrespect, a complete lack of professionalism, and zero regard for customer service.

Worst pad thai I had in my life. Also execrable service

The guy who served me only spoke to me in English even though I speak French. I think I got annoyed when I asked to be served in French. I usually come here and it's always the same. Before you tell me I'll just go somewhere else next time.

I got the worst soup ever, #62991. We picked 2 soups, and no only have almost not noddles but 3 SMALL pieces of beef! I tried to call not answer and on the website this address is not even there!!!

I ordered Saigapore pad taï with shrimp with rice noodles it's all mushy and cut and I had nothing like vegetables there are eggs without indicating it in the menu luckily I don't have an allergy . Really disappointed.

October 23, 2024: I ordered a General Thai Pineapple Chicken dish & I asked for an exchange because the chicken had a rotten smell and the cook told me it was the sauce that smelled like that. This is not the first time I have eaten this dish and the smell was not normal! I made him smell the chicken he had given me and he insisted that it was the smell of the sauce. I spent $27 on a rotten dish.
