If I could give zero stars, I would. The service was terrible from start to finish. Not only did I receive the wrong order, but there were black flakes in my food, caused by the staff scraping the wok while cooking. When I brought this to their attention and requested a refund, they refused and claimed it was “soy sauce,” which is clearly not true. Their response was dismissive and unprofessional. This experience was unacceptable, and I will not be returning.

the food is very good most of the times, but most of the employees do not seem to be able to speak French nor English. Also it may not be the most sanitary restaurant I went to but I'll let it slide cause the food is good

I visited Tai Express and ordered the Tom Yum and Pad Thai — both dishes were absolutely delicious! The Tom Yum had the perfect balance of spice and tang, and the Pad Thai was full of flavor, cooked just right. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick. I’m definitely coming back again. Highly recommend！

The staff were very kind and patient and they explained every menu. The foods are excellent and you can even choose the level of spice.
Had a very bad customer service at the cash register. Had to keep repeating myself and the young man operating the cash register kept talking to his coworker while I was ordering. Only thai express restaurant where I had to wait very long compared to the others I’ve been to. But the food was good.
