Avoid if you have dietary restrictions!!! I specifically asked for a gluten-free dish, the employee reassured me that he would be careful. Surprise the same day, I had rashes everywhere which are caused by gluten in my case. Seriously disappointing, dietary restrictions are no joke. If you don't respect your customers' health, just remove the option from the menu please!!!

I have to start by saying I wasn’t going to write this review until the owner started trying to guilt trip me even when I was being very nice especially considering the situation.

I am already getting over a cold and my boyfriend wanted to cheer me up so we went to get some soup and general Tao for lunch. As I start eating my soup I noticed a fly in my soup so I take it out and was a bit disgusted but wasn’t gonna cause an issue over it so I continue to eat it until I find 3 more flies. I wait until all the other customers leave the restaurant so I don’t make him lose business and then I show the woman working the flies which she then calls out for the guy who made our food (the manager)
Here is when things turn for the worst and I am so shocked at the customer service.

The guy looks at the flies and tells me what do you want me to do about it. I told him I would like a refund and that I no longer want the soup. And he goes on to tell me that it’s extra protein why don’t I just eat it. I told him because I’m unappetized and don’t want to eat flies. He then continues to tell me why am I doing this to him, why do I take his food and eat it and take back my money. He reluctantly gives me my money back and as I walk away I can still hear him mumbling stuff. I was so uncomfortable that I will no longer step foot in that location ever again.

I ordered soup to bring and when I got home I realized the vegetables were full of mold! I called and the cook didn't understand what I was telling him, neither in French nor in English... I understood that he wanted to make me a new soup but I refused. I told him to look at his vegetables so as not to offer them to other customers but he didn't understand anything! Very disappointed and disgusting!

Simply disgusting! The cashier goes from the cash register to the food without washing his hands. He rubs his nose as he puts in ingredients and prepares the bowls of soup. And their dishes are disappointing... in short!!!!

Generous portion and reasonable price. I have enough for two meals with my dish (pad thai). I ordered online, the site is good for extras and customization of dishes. I was picked up my order at the scheduled time, it was ready when I arrived.

I got there around 3:30 p.m.One of the good Thai expresses I ate in Laval, well-prepared food, well-stocked table and tender, not dry rice ?Go for itYou will not be disappointed.
