Thai Express Restaurant Laval

As someone who is a regular at Thaï Express, this is the worst place for food. I ordered, at the checkout! A spicy Thai general, very spicy, time to pay and it was already ready! I went back to tell him, to the cook, that it wasn’t spicy…. She added a very disappointing sauce to my dish! $18 to eat a dish that isn't spicy when you go into this restaurant to eat spicy food. Not disappointing but insipid, that is to say tasteless. Cross it off my Thai Express list forever! So disappointed

Tasty food and friendly staff.
Plus , I lost my phone here and they keep it until I can come to pick it up next day ! Very appreciate it.

I ordered a general Thai with mango and the chicken was old and black horrible to serve this kind of food. The pass spoiled chicken that could really hurt someone, shame in you Thai express on Robert Bourassa never again.

Ark!!! My daughter and I had 2 different dishes. She chicken, me beef. Not edible! LOTS of rice and overcooked! Beef ??? Not sure it was. Soft, rubbery, the potatoes were soft and grainy. We threw away 75%+ of our meal. Never again !

I ordered a general tao this afternoon and really not nice shredded chicken with lots of crunch, very disappointed

It would be very appreciated if the opening hours are updated.

Forget eating at any Thai express. Its not original and taste is no where near Thai cuisine. Cheap fast food.

Ordered soup, there was barely any broth, far too many noodles.You pay more for less...Very disapointed.This is the last time I will order from here.

Quality has gone down over the years but today, it reached a new low. My meal went straight to the compost bin. Chicken was beyond edible and the whole dish smelled and tasted of burnt wood.Service could use some improvement too. Smiling doesn’t cost anything.

Good experience. We ate there. Nice restaurant with half benches, plants and nice lighting. Background music would have been nicer than silence, but that didn't change the food.I had a yellow chicken curry on steamed rice. That was delicious! There were lots of vegetables and the portion was good. My son had the General Tao chicken. He too had a good portion. The spring rolls were served to us at the table as they are warmed up as they are so crispy.I recommend this Thai Express.

What a deception! The General Tao was awful, the fried chicken was deep fried in stale oil. The veggies had a frozen smell, but the rice was acceptable! No way close to the General Tao I order in other Thai Express locations!Staff were friendly, but the front man overlooking the business has no sense of customer service! I just do not understand how people eat at this location. Stay away!
