We were completely ignored for several minutes while the staff member talked on the phone, showing no sense of urgency or courtesy. When we finally got our order, both Tom Yum soups were poorly packaged, one of them leaked all over my car because the lid wasn’t secured properly. On top of that, the soups were inconsistent in quality and didn’t even resemble authentic Tom Yum. One had far fewer ingredients than the other. Overall, the service and food quality were unacceptable. Won’t be returning.

Visited this Thai Express recently. The food was fresh and tasty. I tried the Pad Thai with chicken, which was well-prepared. They got the spiciness level just right, which I enjoyed. The portion size was good too.
Overall, I was satisfied with my meal. It's a chain I've tried before, but this location delivered a good experience. The service was quick, making it a convenient option for a Thai food craving. If you're in the mood for some reliable Thai dishes, this place is a solid choice. It's not fancy, but it gets the job done when you want a satisfying Thai meal without any fuss.
Bad food. I paid too much for low quality food. Chicken was horrible. What’s happened? The prices were increased and the quality of the food decreased ?

The pad thai is good. Imperial rolls too.
Only the quality of the spring roll is poor. They are made in advance and refrigerated. The rice paper dries. Additionally, the roll I received was all split. They advised me to put it in the microwave.

Always delicious!
I picked up 2 Pad Thai, 4 egg rolls and Peanut butter dumplings from drive through. I spent over $50 and I have never had such a horrible Thai Express! The egg rolls had a completely funky taste and smell. One bite was enough - the Dumplings were crumbling and didn’t even taste like peanut butter. It was horrible! Not my usual Thai Express experience. I called the restaurant back to let them know and ask him if I could return the food as I was perplexed.. after getting angry with me he just hung up! Compliments on the customer service! You will never see me back there again. I suggest you go to another Thai express restaurant.

I go here often and many times drive through has me waiting for a long time and I leave.i was just there and asked the gentleman if he worked there or was an employee and he got all defensive and asked me why I would ask and refused to answer me.
To answer your question as to why,if you where the owner I would tip you $10 and if you where an employee I would tip you$20.
That’s ok but today I ordered pad sew shrimp with extra beef and only got 2 shrimp.
Last time for me,you reap what you sow in this life
