The food was soured and not tasty also the guy I met was very rude I wasted almost 56 dollars on rudeness and soured chicken fried rice.

i ordered a thai soup with shrimps and they gave me a chicken soup, that costed way less than what i paid

I asked fried rice not spicy or if so just a little bit for a takeout. And oh boy it was more than just a little. Couldn’t taste that much because it was too fiery for me. I didn’t finish it.

The food has been really bad recently. No seasoning and dry food ruined this place for me. Pad sew used to be rich in flavour and sauce. Now it's just a dry colorless dish. Other meals like fried rice and stir fry are also as bad.

This evening thai express Ste Rose Laval, really disappointing. The General Tao tastes ordinary and the pad thai with shrimp, a taste of reheated and overcooked shrimp, clearly not cooked at the time. I'm disappointed, never again at this place. It's a lot to pay for what we ate. And on top of all that, not a good welcome from the employees on site.

We ordered two chicken pad thai, sauce too sweet, chicken had a plastic texture difficult to eat, fries spicy ridiculous portion $5.49 with tax, temperature in the restaurant so cold that even a cook with his coat leather and the other his hoodies.

I usually order the same thing. Every time it tastes differently. Sometimes it has no sauce, sometimes the sauce tastes as if it was diluted etc.
Doesn't seem to be following a good standard.

Very very disappointed, I placed my order Via Uber Est, I took a PAD SEE EW, it had to have egg, shrimp as well as baby corn as well as medium spicy. There was no spice, everything tasted like nothing, the pasta was not freshly made. I threw my meal in the trash unfortunately.

First Thai express where I received my meal with a horrible taste.

He's not my delivery man since he arrived well before the scheduled time.

I ordered General Tao from your menu, and I received just seven small pieces of chicken and around six spoonfuls of rice. This was disappointing. Don’t try to be stingy with the people who bring money to your business. I paid $40 for two plates, and what I got didn’t even feel like a full meal—more like an appetizer.

When I order from places like Thai Express, they respect their guests and don't act cheap or unprofessional, only focusing on profit. I work hard for my money and don't appreciate receiving a small portion like the one you served.

To make matters worse, the chef acted as if he couldn’t speak English, which was frustrating. I just have to say, shame on the quality of food you served!
