The food has been really bad recently. No seasoning and dry food ruined this place for me. Pad sew used to be rich in flavour and sauce. Now it's just a dry colorless dish. Other meals like fried rice and stir fry are also as bad.

This evening thai express Ste Rose Laval, really disappointing. The General Tao tastes ordinary and the pad thai with shrimp, a taste of reheated and overcooked shrimp, clearly not cooked at the time. I'm disappointed, never again at this place. It's a lot to pay for what we ate. And on top of all that, not a good welcome from the employees on site.

We ordered two chicken pad thai, sauce too sweet, chicken had a plastic texture difficult to eat, fries spicy ridiculous portion $5.49 with tax, temperature in the restaurant so cold that even a cook with his coat leather and the other his hoodies.

I usually order the same thing. Every time it tastes differently. Sometimes it has no sauce, sometimes the sauce tastes as if it was diluted etc.
Doesn't seem to be following a good standard.

Very very disappointed, I placed my order Via Uber Est, I took a PAD SEE EW, it had to have egg, shrimp as well as baby corn as well as medium spicy. There was no spice, everything tasted like nothing, the pasta was not freshly made. I threw my meal in the trash unfortunately.

First Thai express where I received my meal with a horrible taste.

He's not my delivery man since he arrived well before the scheduled time.

I ordered General Tao from your menu, and I received just seven small pieces of chicken and around six spoonfuls of rice. This was disappointing. Don’t try to be stingy with the people who bring money to your business. I paid $40 for two plates, and what I got didn’t even feel like a full meal—more like an appetizer.

When I order from places like Thai Express, they respect their guests and don't act cheap or unprofessional, only focusing on profit. I work hard for my money and don't appreciate receiving a small portion like the one you served.

To make matters worse, the chef acted as if he couldn’t speak English, which was frustrating. I just have to say, shame on the quality of food you served!

first off they are extremely rude, not comprehensible and the chef is violent. Me and my sister came to get pad sew. I have celiac disease and they gave me the same thing as my sister. I repeated multiple times that the plate i wanted had to be gluten free, yet they gave me a bowl with gluten. They argued with me for a long period of time when i come here everyday and i know how my gluten free bowl is supposed to look. Overall i say no to this place. Goodluck! too bad i cant rate this a zero.

Customer service is not their strong suit if I could give it a zero stars I would I kindly ask if they could please take off the tail off the shrimps that I wanted to order the women had no hesitation it was a flat rude no she did not explain why so I ended going to subways for lunch instead might not be the same food I wanted but at least got treated with respect .

Extremely disappointed by the food/taste at this location. I purchased through delivery app and I ordered a pad Thai and a spring roll. I ordered medium spicy, and it came very spicy. The color and taste was off, as if they forgot to add ingredients compare to usual. The peanut sauce with the spring roll was absolutely disgusting and not properly made. I’ve eaten at other Thai express numerous times and never has ir been anywhere near this
