First time traveling to Canada for work, and this was highly recommended by other traveling co-workers, and locals at the jobsite. Food was stellar, and the service was great! The Keg has a very beautiful interior and atmosphere. I ordered the Mushroom Neptune for my appetizer. The Mushroom Neptune was Mushroom caps stuffed with cream cheese and crab, they are small Mushroom caps, so one appetizer is good for one person. I also ordered the New York Striploin, which was cooked to perfection. I will definitely visit here next time I travel to Montreal!

Went to The Keg in Laval recently and wow... that rib steak hit the spot. Cooked exactly how I like it (medium-rare), super juicy, full of flavor, and that perfect crust on the outside. Honestly one of the best I've had in a while. You could tell the cut was top quality, tender, with just enough fat to give it that rich, buttery taste. The sides were solid too, and service was on point, friendly, fast, but not overbearing. The vibe was relaxed but classy, great for a night out without feeling too formal. I'll definitely be going back for another.

Unreal experience. Service is TOP! refills brought to you before you even have to ask, waiters and waitresses are kind and quick. It makes the entire experience such a delight! Food was top tier too!

The fried calamari were delicious and the two sauces served with them very tasty! Our waitress was Lydia and she took care of our needs very well. She knew the menu and was able to answer our questions. We all (3) enjoyed our meal a nice dinner to celebrate a birthday. It has become a tradition for us birthdays at The Keg!

The service was wonderful, and food delicious ! The lobster tail with melted butter wonderful.

Amazing experience at The Keg! Our server, Jonathan was attentive, present, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening. He went above and beyond by surprising us with dessert when he learned we were celebrating our early Christmas dinner. The service truly made our celebration extra special. Highly recommend this location!

I go to Keg Laval and Old Montreal about ten times a year since 2010.
Everything is excellent
But since 2023 we can come across mediocre waitresses. This is the case this Saturday, October 26, 2024 at Keg Laval.
I invited friends to share with them the great experiences of the Keg.
But Zero the waitress was annoying and contemptuous, without manners.
She touched her nose throughout the service and etc...
White waitress with tied black hair....I won't say her name. If a supervisor reads this comment, know that when customers are dissatisfied with the service at the Laval keg, it's probably her they're talking about.

Arriving about 30 minutes of waiting, friendly and courteous service. Started with a Whiskey sour (which tasted like water, despite 2 ounces) Took scallops and cheese as a starter, 10 ounce filet mignon, very good by the way with sautéed (or rather burnt) vegetables, missing cooking and too burnt, finished with a crème brûlée which was good. To try at least once.
