The best service I have ever had in Tim Hortons. I had to wait a few minutes to get my chicken noodle soup because they were just preparing the new chicken and I had double soup and double chicken in it. The girl was very friendly and smiling. Thank you.
I usually order from the drive-thru but this time I opted to go in person and place my order.
Service was very polite and helpful.

The nutella donut was very pillowy and had a good amount of nutella but it is messy.

Terrible service. Don't use self-service order as it does not speed things up, according to staff. If anything, it's slower: everybody behind me using regular service was served before I was!
